I am a frequent customer. I feel so upset. I went to buy my lunch a salad. They didn't give me what I ordered and it wasn't that they were wrong because they gave me just lettuce with a piece of chicken. If they didn't have the complete ingredients, I should let it be known. I understand that at midday they are very busy but they should give the order as it is.

THANK YOU to whoever the staff was today feb-22 at 5:00pm.i havent had this kind of service or quality food from a whataburger in years.my patty melt was perfect and got my order fast.will be my go to whataburger from now on.

After 2 years away from Dallas, upon my return to visit friends, this was my first meal. Ordered the jalapeno burger. it was horrible. meat, cheese, everything was cold, and it seemed like they just put it together. not even the cheese was sticking to the meat. had to put in the microwave and heat up. This was NOT expected. Went back two nights later and ordered the regular Whataburger, and sure enough, it was barely warm. So obviously this is not the store to visit.
