I placed an online order that was supposed to be done by 6:55am, but somehow took an extra 25 minutes in the drive thru, with no one else in line, for someone to come to the window and ask me what my order was. I received it almost immediately, which makes me wonder what in the world they were doing. My job is close by so I come to this location often and the wait times can be excessive.

Bottom line: If you need food quickly before work or in general, don’t come here.

This is a major heartbreaker. I absolutely love Whataburger, I worked there in my youth and it's been a part of my life as long as I am in Texas. I ordered the breakfast burger, one of my menu favorites. As usual when I got it, I just dived right in. A few bites into it I noticed the flavor was off and the smell wasn't great. I opened the sandwich and the bacon didn't look right. My friend examined it and thought the bacon was rotten. I was disgusted. I threw out the rest of the sandwich. The new day I became violently ill. I got dehydrated from the diarrhea and vomiting. They ruined my favorite thing to get from my favorite place to get it and I will never go back there again.

Just went today 02/28 around 12PM, I originally went through the drive thru, but was having card issues, told Christine I was going to pull over to call my bank and just grab my food inside. She was very nice and understanding. Fast forward a few minutes later, I come inside, get in line, there was 4 people infront of me and I let the cashier know I originally ordered through the drive thru.. she immediately says “Oh you’re the one we’re waiting for, I dont have time for this”. Multiple times she refuses to ring me up, yells at Christine to come ring me up because she “doesn’t have time for me”, but she proceeds to check out three people behind me. I left with no food. She was just staring at me waiting there and kept saying she didn’t have time for me. I didn’t understand why if all I ordered was a patty melt meal.. Yet she managed to ring up others. I never got her name, she was an older black women, her lack of costumer service and adaptability is absurd. As someone who has helped managed multiple restaurants, it shouldn’t have been so hard to simply ring me up, instead of trying to be petty to your coworker by yelling knowing she was busy at the drive thru. The FOH was full too, but like everyone else, I waited in line so there shouldn’t of been any issues.

All our food was cold when we got it delivered. Management there does not do a good job of expediting food. If you want it hot and fresh go to a different location.

Literally asked for them to put NO salt on my father in laws fries due to him not being able to have sodium because of his blood pressure and there was so much salt on the fries I could see the salt on my fingers after grabbing a few. I also asked for NO tomato and what happens? There’s tomato!!! What’s the reason for having you guys modify things just to not do it for the customers that are paying for this food. Ridiculous! The staff on 2/4/2025 could do a far better job than they did today. Very disappointing and everyone was moving slow and acting like they weren’t comprehending basic requests.

I used the mobile app for curbside pickup at this location. I was given 3-6 minutes as the pickup time. I checked in when I arrived and 10 minutes later my order still wasn’t delivered to my car. If I hadn’t already paid for it, I would have left. When I went in, there were maybe five people in the lobby and about the same amount of cars in the drive through. So they weren’t busy. I told an employee that I checked in 10 minutes ago. He said my order was ready. However, no one bothered to bring it to my car. The employees were just lolly gagging. Needless to say, I wasn’t pleased and I won’t return soon.

After ordering in the drive thru, the staff took forever to give me my food. We sat n waited while this cashier girl played n laughed with her coworkers instead of doing her job. Then the girl goes to catch an attitude once I ask what's going on with the food because I've waited patiently. Service is garbage, just ghetto. Would have gave 0 stars but it wasn't an option👎

Ordered a combo from uber eats and they only gave me a drink. The driver was nice enough to go back with a recipe that shows that I ordered a combo and the Manger still told him that they couldn't do anything about it.
