The drive-thru line is almost always backed up and moves very slowly most days. 7 cars ahead of me took 45 minutes on at least 2 occasions.That said, the food is almost always hot and fresh, and I haven't had an order yet messed up in the year and a half of ordering here. Who is the manager here?!? This has to be THE POOREST service at a Whataburger ever..! You’re going to wait at the speaker for all of 10 minutes just to place an order and don’t think you’re getting your food in a timely manner…that’s another 30 minutes! Just a very poorly run store and you can tell the team is completely UNMOTIVATED! I don’t blame them I blame management. You can clearly see nobody is at either window receiving payment. I only come to this one because it’s in the same parking lot as my apartment, but it’s definitely not “convenient.”

Stopped for breakfast before my appointment and I ordered pancake platter and I was surprised NO EGGS, you have to order eggs on the side or what, and then my pancakes undercooked, so spoiled breakfast no hash brown sticks will I eat either wasted money.

Sadly we had a bad experience today, (Sunday ) we were there like at 3:30pm , we had to wait a lot ! After they gave us the food ,, we notice they didn’t have us straws, napkins .. but they sure put a lot of ice on the cup , which is less soda ??♀️ they really need to move fast. I’m happy for the lady who helped us in the window , she was so nice.
