The lady at the cashier was trying her hardest to be friendly(she was annoyed by i dont know what). The food was ok, not great, but I ordered a breakfast combo with a coffee, and she charged me for the combo and a coffee. When the combo comes with a drink, I guess it's not obvious when you say "a number 21 with a coffee" that you don't want a soft drink as well. It was two combos so that added about 5 or 6 more dollars to my bill. Not happy about that. When i asked for creamer she asked "what kind"? in a tone like I was somehow bothering her. She quickly tried to smile but it was too late. She seems to be the last one left from the previous rude group that use to work here.

I placed an online order and received only part of it, with some items missing and others made incorrectly. When I arrived at the second window to collect my order, I realized that I hadn’t received any of the sauces I had specifically chosen. I asked for them, but during the conversation, the lady at the window abruptly closed it on me. After finally obtaining the sauces, I headed home, convinced that I had everything I had ordered. However, upon returning, I discovered that I had a complete meal missing and that one of the meals had been prepared incorrectly. Disappointed, I returned to the store to retrieve the missing meal, only to find that the order was still incomplete, with an additional item missing. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this situation was particularly frustrating. It’s not that difficult to ensure that customers receive their orders precisely.

Normally I eat at Whataburger twice a month, but when I came to this restaurant I was heavily disappointed with the service. I had ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate, but when they gave them to me they didn’t differentiate them, so I couldn’t tell which one was which. Once I complained about this issue, the one that took my order said she had explained to me which drink was which. Obviously lying to my face since she hadn’t said a single thing when she handed me my drink's. All I wanted her was to acknowledge her mistake and understand that she was wrong by not telling me this and by not being polite about this issue.

I went here on 1-17-25 at 7:53pm. I went through the drive through and it went well. When i went to pay i noticed that all the screens on the inside to check the ordered were cleared. We got the food and were missing medium fries. No problem i went inside and went to the front and no one talked to me. I heard a game going on in the kitchen and all the staff was gathering around and talking. There was someone doing mostly all the work. His name was Caleb he was running around getting a drink for a customer dining in. He noticed me and said he’ll be right with me. He was going to tell the kitchen staff to give me fries but i’m guessing he noticed they wouldn’t listen since he went to the kitchen and got it for me. I’m not sure what’s going on at that Whataburger but huge shout out to Caleb
