There's one cashier up there she's great I give her a five stars all across the board her name is calia I wish all of the cashiers was like her I can see her being a manager not two for in the future

I love whataburger, but I had a really bad experience at this place, I went to the drive through i paid for my order, and she gave me the drink ,asked me to park and wait for my food, I waited for 45 minutes at the parking lot they never came out to bring me my food that I already pay for, I had to go back inside yelling to get my money back, if you're a fan of whataburger I dont recommend this place , really bad customer service ASAP

Tishe at the front desk was very nice.... Very helpful.... It was her that went to the back to find out why a Junior burger meal took 20 minutes! It's really not a complicated order.

Will not go back Place is run down & dirty. Employees do not care. Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for a burger, fries & tea. The parking lot was almost empty. It looked as though there were only 2 families in the dine-in & at least 6 employees in the kitchen area.

Sitting here for 30minutes already for two taquitos. This is pathetic the management should be fired and staff retrained. Naveyah didn't budget from her station to even attemp to help. Total wait time 35minutes for two taquitoes.

Service took forever!! I had a pick up order and got to the drive through at 10:10pm and didn’t receive my order until 10:50pm!!! I waited 40 mins just for 3 chicken tenders.
When I get off work and come here for breakfast, they're extremely slow. I'm in line close to an hour sometimes. That's because at a certain point, you're stuck in the line. I like their food and OJ, but always hesitate to come here.
