I went through the drive thru and got a meal, which was like a bacon cheeseburger, came to about 12 bucks. I get home and there was literally no burger patty on the bread…just bread and bacon. I was freaking pissed! I called customer care and spoke with a woman that asked for my information, receipt number, name, etc. cause I wanted to refund obviously. She said to look out for an email. It’s been a few days and I haven’t heard anything. Ridiculous wasting people’s money like that.

1. Ordered a burger through uber eats and they forgot the patty 2 received my food through uber eats with a roach in the bag. This place is dirty and ill just assumed its ran by kids. I will be calling in the morning for a refund. This place is disgusting.

I was served by a lady named NUNO with a very bad, rude attitude and with reluctance. I was about to leave when this girl named Kim appeared with a very different attitude, friendly and smiling. She took our order. If it hadn't been for Kim, we would have left.

I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I seem to get let down. No one likes to pay extra money for something and they don’t recieve it. It’s like a bad habit at this location. Present day (06/30/2025) my meal does not have the added on bacon and all three of my kids meals did not have their dessert. I paid the extra for the chocolate chip cookies.

Went through the drive thru after leaving the hospital from visiting family. Ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was just disgusting. It was super salty and greasy, like the buns were toasted in salted butter and the almost like they poured a pound of salt on the burger. Service was slow and when they brought the food out, the person wasn’t even that friendly like you inconvenienced them or something. Left with a not so great impression for sure.

Do not come to this Whataburger, the service was horrible and the workers were incredibly rude. Then once we got our food two of the strips in the 3 piece strip box was smaller than half a strip. We showed them and they said it’s fine and that’s how it is while being incredibly rude and hostile. They also forgot the two extra strips we paid for so we asked for them. They then give us the smallest strips possible that are the size of chicken nuggets and they close the drive through window locking it and ignoring us. So the service and food was horrible and I do not recommend eating here.

We ordered some chicken strips at the drive thru and three of them were really small, so my husband showed them the chicken and asked they can switch or give us couple extra small ones to even it out. The two ladies worked at the drive thru told us they don’t make the strips and there is Nothing they can do about it then locked the window and ignored us. Then my husband went inside with food and showed the manager and he also refused to do anything about it. We were really upset and asked to return the food. We just can’t believe they rather lose the sell and not give us a couple extra chicken. We love the whataburger near our house in Richardson, this one is NO GOOD!!!
