We've been coming to this Whataburger for over 10 years. It was terrible then improved a LOT and became one of our regular spots for a quick dinner. HOWEVER. On 3/4, a couple of bites into my Whataburger Jr, I found a wad of plastic wrap in my burger. Disgusting and a BIG choking hazard. Immediately subbed a customer service ticket online. Haven't heard anything back. My husband tried calling corporate AND the store wth zero help or results or refund. This whole thing is horrible and clearly nobody cares to try and make it even a little bit right.

Breakfast was disappointing. The burrito was drippy, and there were no napkins. The coffee was bad-asked for 3 cream+3 Splenda and got 6 Sweet n'Low with black coffee. The lady was nice; very nice. Sitting there for a minute, a dude looking like he was backpacking came up and dumped a cup of (what looked like) mud or worse, then started gibbering to the cars around him. Maybe a bad part of town, but generally, a bad trip.

Worst experience ever ! The boy that was working night shift at the second window was RUDE ! I just asked for ketchup and he was all mad about it like what ? Plus the fries were cold and very hard can’t even bite them DO BETTER !!!

So, we were the only car in line, right.. after we placed our order and paid, we were told to park. After about 5 minutes, they brought us our drinks and told us to have a great night. So, we had to go inside and ask for our food. The manager told us they were waiting on our fries. After another 2-3 minutes, we received all of our cold food including stale, limp, not-even-warm fries. One burger was hot, the other burgers and chicken strips were room temperature. I put the fries in my air fryer, and they tasted horrible! We don't go here often, because of the prices. But, we decided to try them out, because the Monterey Melt is back. This was the most disappointing drive-thru experience I've had in a long time. On top of all that, they didn't even know how to exchange sodas for honest kids juice boxes for my kids' meals. Then they gave us one of our drinks outside of the drink carrier leaving an empty space that caused them all to fall over in my car due to poor weight distribution. We had 4 drinks, but the carrier was wet and collapsed from the unevenness. I will never go to this location ever again. I wish there was a negative stars button!
