I stop to go in and get a to go order I went inside the lobby because every time I order # 12 which is the spicy chicken sandwich I know it takes a little more time to cook but today I order it and took a little more then 10 minutes I took it home and then when I got home surprise I got a 1 meal doble meat and cheese instead how disappointing is that !!!!! Well next time I will doble check my order before walking out

The cashier that helped me had poor customer service skills she messed up my order and didn't add the caramelized onions to my burger I instead got raw onions!! This experience alone is why I will never go back to this location again - sadly I use this location when I'm on that side of town but my people disappointed me and I choose not to go back

Worst experience at a Whataburger, EVER. Was told to pull aside to wait for my order. Upon receiving order I see that my burger was incorrect, missing jalapeños. Take the burger in and ask if I can get them. The employee working the line then says “I know everything I make, show me the receipt”. Receipt was correct and the employee forgot to put jalapeños. Employee then throws jalapeños into a small crushed container and throws burger half wrapped on counter. Worst attitude and service. Never going back. Be aware.

Let me explain.... me and my wife have been coming to this what a burger atleast once a week for the last 6 months to our commute to work. 7 time out of 10 JOHN is the employee greeting us at the drive through. Let me tell you , every morning he's super polite and professional in taking out order. He makes sure you get everything you need down to the exact condiments and your order how you like it. We order a #24 and a sausage and bacon sandwich on a jalapeño biscuit no egg. And every single time john with his customer service and the staff get it right 10/10 times in the last 6 months.
That deserves a 5 star rating 👏
We will keep coming back , no more mcdonald's on the way to work !

I went through the drive thru and got a meal, which was like a bacon cheeseburger, came to about 12 bucks. I get home and there was literally no burger patty on the bread…just bread and bacon. I was freaking pissed! I called customer care and spoke with a woman that asked for my information, receipt number, name, etc. cause I wanted to refund obviously. She said to look out for an email. It’s been a few days and I haven’t heard anything. Ridiculous wasting people’s money like that.

1. Ordered a burger through uber eats and they forgot the patty 2 received my food through uber eats with a roach in the bag. This place is dirty and ill just assumed its ran by kids. I will be calling in the morning for a refund. This place is disgusting.

I was served by a lady named NUNO with a very bad, rude attitude and with reluctance. I was about to leave when this girl named Kim appeared with a very different attitude, friendly and smiling. She took our order. If it hadn't been for Kim, we would have left.

I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but everytime I seem to get let down. No one likes to pay extra money for something and they don’t recieve it. It’s like a bad habit at this location. Present day (06/30/2025) my meal does not have the added on bacon and all three of my kids meals did not have their dessert. I paid the extra for the chocolate chip cookies.
