I have low reasonable expectations at 4am but this place was ridiculous. It took awhile for someone to take my order even though there was only one car at the window in front of me. Some idiot in a white shirt at the window had his hat pulled so far down his nose he had to contort his head to see me. I had to wait a long while for the food to come out and when I got to eat less than 10 minutes later the fries were cold and limp and there was no ketchup in the bag. This was the worst whataburger experience ever

Ngl this is possibly the worse, WORSE whataburger I’ve been too, they have clueless people working at the drive thru last time they charged me for 3 more meal when in the drive thru I ordered 4 meals, this place suck and wish they could hire some people that want to work, instead of people that just want a job because they need money, y’all need to look for better people. Wait time is too much They’ll get your order right and ask 20 question at the window about your order This place just sucks

My absolute favorite location in Texas! I’m always greeted with smiles and great employees who take pride at their job. Every morning Crystal makes my fries fresh! I can’t think of any other better Whataburger in Texas. Not only is my food always on point. The presentation of my food is always perfect too! Crystal and the ladies here do a wonderful job and deserve some recognition for their efforts and genuine care for the customers.

So I did not order a large meal...but got charged for one. And no ketchup. Fries and ketchup it's like chips and salsa...without one the other is useless.

3 whataburgers in the area (not including the one on Greenville Ave) and this is absolutely the worst one! Plano Rd and 75 are worth the drive to get better service and less attitude. There’s a CFA next door that can have 100 cars move out the drive thru before you can get your order here! Manager at night seems like she’d rather be somewhere else like a club or doing TikToks anything other than her job she interviewed for and the workers are just as bad as the leadership. At least the food was hot and edible once I finally got it

I’m unsure of what’s going on here. It wasn’t that busy and we were still waiting over 20 minutes to receive our food. When I got home the burger was cold, as if it was made the first 5 minutes of me being there, yet I was there for about 20 to 25 minutes.A few months ago, they had a stellar overnight team. This is ridiculous.

Twice in the last two months the service has been terrible. I gave it a month between to see if it would improve and it has not. The manager should be ashamed of the way this location is run. I was the only car in line and 3 cars in the parking lot and it took over 15 minutes to get my food! The car behind me got thier food first and I had to reverse back to the pickup window to ask about mine and they said "it's almost ready" It's not like it was a big order, just a #2 combo. It still took them another 2 minutes to get me my food. The fries where old and cold and I didn't even trust the hamburger at that point since I couldn't see them make it. I just ended up throwing everything away. I will be initiating a chargeback and have filled out the survey. You are better off driving an extra 10 minutes to get to the next Whataburger than eating here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager and employees were angry and had bad attitudes towards us because some of our items were missing! I don’t recommend anyone going here.
We order through the drive thru and a young man named Bobby helped us. Bobby was so nice, ACCURATE, and professional. They got our food out fast too.
