Good but they have a lock at the restroom you have to ask for code. I still don't get why only Dallas has locked restrooms. If a homeless man is in there why not call the cops that simple

Terrible service. Took 15 minutes to mess up the whole order when there's no one in the drive through went last night and my baccon biscuit was sausage and my vegetarian girlfriends tquiatios had sausage. Only thing we could eat were cold fries and hashbrown when we paid almost $20 for food. Will never be back. Ill go however far I have to. Some people rely on these meals to live

I came through the drive-through on 11/4/2025 at 4:16 AM and whoever takes the orders needs some training on customer service because she was nothing more than very rude. Get to the window she takes the money throws the change practically at you no thank you no nothing except move to VIP. We moved up At least a car length ahead of us we do not know what VIP parking is and she comes to our car again and says move to VIP OK well if we didn’t move where you wanted us in the first place maybe you could take the time to show us or tell us where VIP parking is instead of being rude then she brings the order to the car we say thank you and she literally turns around and walked off without ordering a word I can’t stand to deal with people that are rude when dealing with a customer if you do not like your job, go somewhere else and find something that you like it is not my fault for whatever reason brings your rudeness if she would’ve been nice I would’ve easily put five stars. The food was good and hot and fresh, but she destroyed your review.

I usually don’t like coming to this location, considering the wait. However the young lady that was taking care of me yesterday( I believe her name was Antonia) if I read her name tag right, was very very nice and helpful compared to my previous experience at this location. She had all the necessary answers and helped me find a meal which was delicious (pico burger)
