Nothing fast about fast food anymore.

We pull up and pay then wait another 10 minutes for food in a line. Smart on your part, take our money then give us late,mediocre food. I'm done with All whataburgers .

I noticed that the same person twice messed up my order on two different nights. I have missed food and gotten my order delivered to someone else. I love Whataburger but the experience at this one as gone down hill.

The food was good, like always.. the service was not so good it took 20 minutes to get my burger and I was not happy at all.. and by the look of the rest of customers it was not a good experience

Waiting in drivethru for 1 sandwich. A breakfast on a bun. I have been waiting over 15 minutes so far. Was asked to pull up to another window. 3 cars who ordered, after I paid and waited about 5 minutes, already got their food. I just got my food almost 20 minutes after I ordered. Sit down restaurants take less time to take your order, cook your food, and bring it to your table.

I just witnessed cups falling from behind the register and the employee placed them back up there instead of throwing them in the trash. The only reason I went inside is because my drinks were incorrect in the drive thru. More training is needed at this location.

**Update: spoke to the manager on duty, Jenna/Gema who seemed completely unbothered and non-chalant. This happened around 5:30 PM on 12/28/2025. I will not be returning and will be taking this to social media outlets.

This is a good burger spot and the serving size is pretty good. The burgers seem fresh as well as the veggies. The medium drink is also pretty good size. The service was also good.

This morning, I ordered two taquitos and one hash brown. The guy in the drive thru asked me to confirm if I wanted one or two hash browns. I told him one. Got to work and opened the bag, then did a double take to check the receipt. He charged me for two hashbrowns and gave me none. This was my first trip to Whataburger in years and I will continue to stay away.

Updated the rating, everything has improved. Only drawback, not specifically this location only, is they often put you down as a meal when that's not what you're ordering. Some people do confirm if you want a meal, others don't. Food is great however.

This is a large order of onion rings. Burnt oil and not even touching the top. I didn’t even say anything just left. Not worth it.

Waited 30+ minutes for my food and I was served what is pictured; questionable looking eggs and hashbrowns that were 95% oil and 5% potato. This is no reflection of the staff working the drive through; they seemed to be doing their best. But, whoever was in the kitchen needs to pay a little more attention to the actual quality of the food being served.
