Just came this morning to this location and got the darkest chicken strips I have ever seen from a whataburger I put a chocolate bar next to it so you can visually see the comparison… on top of that I got coke as a drink and it taste completely off like a flat medicine flavor or they gave me Dr Pepper and it’s flat… enough said not coming back here anytime soon my guess is management and leads are horrible and no one cares to keep up with fryers or soda flavoring in the back.

Avoid this location at all cost, cant tell you how many times my order has been messed up in the drive through.Nobody knows what they’re doing, very short staffed, management was confused, very poorly operated nothing was organised.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. There’s another young man. It’s a black guy told me to hold it up while and had me waiting for almost 30 minutes and then I had to step up and ask him how much longer for the food he’s gonna say that the manager told him that’s a no go that he’s not making the food but he’s the one as I was leaving told me to stop. He’s gonna make the food over something is wrong with these people in the store and I came in just to find out who the manager was and how can I contact them to be waiting 30 minutes and have my schedule disrupted because of mistakes that they’re making very unprofessional place and I’m gonna say nasty attitude

Expect a 15 minute wait no matter how short the line is. If you are in the far right lane expect at least a 20 minute wait even if there's one customer ahead of you

The meat tasted like the grill needed to be cleaned, it was awful. First time I have ever had a bad hamburger at Whataburger.
Horrible. First time ever asking for a refund at a fast food place and they tried to say we don’t give refunds! Slow food and horrible attitudes including the manager. Obnoxious teenager hitting the trash can so the cars can move up. I’ve seen snails move faster.

Went in there this morning to purchase a pancake and sausage breakfast. It took too long, so I just left without getting a refund. Probably would have been faster if the lady behind the counter wasn't so busy having a personal conversation on the headset. Three year ban on all of your restaurants. Your food quality and service has been declining in the last few years anyway. Not much of a loss. Will be putting this review on other sites.
