I came at 10:15 Thursday not anyone inside eating and no one in the drive thru but somehow I am waiting over 20 minutes for my order. This place always is out of spicy ketchup so if you get it here you are lucky. The cashier gave me the drink with the lid half way put on and looks like they poured the drink all over my cup and didn’t care to wipe it. Now im typing this review with sticky hands. This is the 3rd time I have come to this location different times and the same bs here yall need to do better. Next time im going to canes or popeyes wish they were open late.

Awful location. Ordered a number 1, got overcharged and recieved a completely different order. Then when I tried telling them it was incorrect, I was told I had to get out of the drive thru.

Drive through was a nightmare, sat for 20 plus minutes waiting. Went in to ask for my money backs, and I could not find it. I ended up leaving with no food and paying for it in addition to waiting 25 minutes. Need some serious training from management down at this location. Good thing I don’t line here as I would never come back here again. Straight up rip off!!!

The folks taking the order are super nice. Very clear and concise. But somehow the kitchen is inconsistent. It's either the food is on point or the kitchen is incompetent. I been sitting in line for 15 + min. Only 5 people in line. Not sure how it's taken that long to get my food. Hopefully by the time I'm done writing this, the order will be at my window.
