The worst service you could ever have, go there and expect to be there for 3 hours for a burger. You could swap the workers with a staff of special need workers and they would do way better , this whataburger needs to shut down or run by someone else

I mean, it’s whataburger, so it’s pretty much the same at each location which is its only positive. Food is always great. It’s just this location is the slowest I’ve ever been to. Any time of day and you’re waiting 20-30 min for an order.

Happy New Year and a shout out to Stevie (Stewart) at Whataburger who paid for a patrons meal out of his own pocket! Great way to start the new year with seeing a kind deed. This man needs a raise!!!

I have literally never had a good experience at this whataburger. my husband and I have tried it 3 or 4 times and every single time the wait is at least 30 minutes, and we leave with at LEAST 1 thing missing from the bag. worst whataburger in dallas! we will not be back.

It really shouldnt take 20 minutes to cook up a single burger. Its not just this location but other whataburgers where my order vanishes into the ether and I have to remind the staff because the order was forgotten. Happens far too often

Lady at the window rude as hell. I always try to be nice to my servers. When a customer is trying to help you out by getting out of the way, why are you being rude and yelling at them. And they can never get an order right. Even if it’s just one simple combo. Won’t come back to this location.
