Another typical Whata, terrible customer service who took 8 min just to come up to greet and take order. Then expect to wait another 20 min for the food since they’ve got their favorites coming in and will rush there order out in 5 min even though they came in 10 min after you, but completely ignore yours until you say something. I've been going to this location on and off since 2018. The food is good, as most Whataburger locations have excellent food, but the speed of service here is atrocious. This location, consistently, leaves me waiting in the lobby for 10+ minutes for my order, and frequently mixes up what I want done to my sandwiches despite specific instructions/inputs. I worked for Whataburger for over 9 years and so I personally know that speed of service is supposed to be 2 minutes and 45 second to make and 3 minutes 45 seconds to deliver, TOTAL. I will frequently visit locations further from my home than this one simply because the speed of service and the accuracy of my orders are generally suspect. To any regional managers reading this, please, light a fire under their rumps so their accuracy and speed of service improves, because this is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location to ANYONE as of the present moment, not until this gets fixed.

I placed an order online and after waiting for it because the employee was talking in the store, I looked through the glass, the worker came with the straw under his armpit. Very disgusting, I think they should have better customer service.

We ordered food late night on a Friday and the team members were great. I was disappointed that my chicken fingers didn’t get the gravy I ordered and I didn’t check before I left. The gravy is what makes the chicken fingers the best.

I placed an order via the Whataburger app. I scheduled it for pick up. When I arrived, I still had to wait for it to be prepared. When I got home (three minutes later), my fries were cold and they provided a teaspoon of tartar sauce with my two fish platter. I called the restaurant and told the manager that I wanted them to remake the order. When I arrived at the restaurant, the food was not ready yet. I told the manager that I didn’t want to wait. I asked for my money back. I was told that the store cannot refund customer’s money. What restaurant doesn’t refund customer’s money for bad food? This store is hopeless. Restaurant 855. Homeless people hangout in the parking lot and smoke weed. The homeless people come in to get unlimited free refills on drinks. The restaurant reeks of marijuana. This restaurant is bad for Whataburger’s reputation—which has been tanking since the folks in Chicago bought it. It is not focused on a customer experience that builds loyalty. I will be reviewing this restaurant online. I have complained before, but no one ever called me.

Jaree G was amazing! He had a smile you could hear, he was very welcoming and cheering. I asked him how long he'd been there and he said October. I asked him if he was a manager and he said not yet, I told he he should be!I'm leaving this review to say give him a promotion!! I'm sick of people being in managerial positions that are rude when people like him aren't. He needs to be a manager, or get a raise or something. Your establishment cannot afford to lose him!

Super clean restaurant and staff was very sweet. My cashier has that southern hospitality that what-a-burger is known for. I'm glad that the company not being Texan Owned hasn't changed the staff. it was a bit of a wait but it is the lunch rush so thats no ones fault but my own.

The customer service is horrible, the waiting time is too long, almost an hour waiting for a number one meal, the burger tastes horrible and also smelled bad (it smells like M********). The shift manager was super rude. I really hope they change that one day. I WILL NEVER VISIT A WHATABURGER AGAIN IN MY LIFE, today was the first and last time, I had to throw that hamburger in the trash, and thefries were cold, I don't know why they made me wait so long. THE WORST OF THE WORSE.

Went thru the drive thru today before 10 pm, not only did they forget my apple pies when we went back they gave us old apple pies with the “cooked/use by” sticker still attached. Need to hire better with attention to detail. Glad it wasn’t worse.
