Absolutely disgusting burger and chicken sandwich. Onion ring was only ok. First time trying whataburger and will be the last time. Why would anyone bother eating anything else when there’s in and out burgers? ✊🏻?

Clean friendly staff. I don’t recall Whataburger staff bringing your food to you but at this location they brought it out . Service is a thing of the past however not today not here. Thank you guys .

Horrible experience they messed up are order with the chicken sandwich they put the wrong sauce on it and then they told us they would remake it, they went back in then we notice no cheese on his burger and he went in and told them THEN they remade it us thinking they fixed it, Nope we went home to eat and see still no dam cheese we told them about twice 😒👌🏼 never coming here aging how to mess up an order 3 times is sad.

Waited for 10 minutes for a cold burger and microwaved chicken on a bun mess and the Onion rings cooked in old grease Horrible flavor... the frosty Barry come on the liquid wipcream was flat it was gross I asked the person to remake he refund but ewww

Every time I come here to order food, I always request condiments and never get them. They also NEVER provide any napkins, and they take for ever to get orders out.
Went through the drive through and you can barely hear the speaker. Secondly when I got my food, the fries weren't even cooked all the way through and I asked for mayo instead of mustard but got mustard anyways.

TERRIBLE!!! I was waiting a whole 20 minutes for chicken strips!!! Many cars were waiting for there orders as well while I was pulled up to the front I see workers sitting and chatting. The workers just had my food in the front and not giving the orders out. I had to go inside and get the food myself. These workers are lazy and need discipline.

They're roo slow ! 3 times this week i tried to go through the line but if there is 2 people inine before you , you're lookin at 15 minutes plus you have to eat All 3 times we passed on by cause we have to go to work. So sad because wata burger is my favorite.

The gentlemen, that took our order. Was not professional, and obviously he had and attitude. That he took out on his customers, I'm the manager at a very well of restaurant in frisco, and one thing I show my servers, no matter ur day, or what u are going through. Your customers, are what help u pay ur bills. I luv whataburger, but not rude customer service...
