There burgers are just too theme cold it kinda feels like you're eating cardboard. I do miss dose freshly cooked burgers made when you order them.

During a recent stay, we ate dinner and breakfast here. The food was hot and standard. However, the wait time was longer than expected. On each visit we walked right up to the counter to place our order. Also, there were dirty tables in the lobby, even though there were enough people working behind the counter. During it visit, it appears the workers were not following the lead of the manager on duty in work ethic.

The line is so inefficiently run late at night. Running the mobile pickup orders through the same line as the drive thru orders is a terrible way to operate. By the time I got through the drive thru line my mobile pickup order was completely cold. This is after I had already even checked in at the speaker. Paying $20 for cold fries and burger is unacceptable. There was just zero sense of management of how to handle things. The attendant would bring one single order out at a time. Truly amazed how little operational concepts aren’t even considered to make everyone’s lives easier, including their own.

Whataburger is my preferred establishment for a classic cheeseburger, particularly in the context of greasy, indulgent options. No other restaurant prepares a Texas cheeseburger quite like they do. The restaurant accurately fulfilled my special order, which included a cheeseburger with mayonnaise, no lettuce or tomato, and extra pickles with additional onions. I also added a medium onion ring, which was flavorful due to being cooked in fresh grease. Overall, this provided an excellent lunch experience. The order was accurate, and the staff at the drive-thru window were courteous and efficient.
