Place was a trashed dump. Service non existent. Coca cola, Sprite and Fanta were out. Only had root beer and diet coke. Thank God I was only in Texas for 24 hours, first stop after airport. This restaurant is a microcosm of everything wrong with filthy slob Texas.

When I come to this restaurant, it is never busy but has taken nearly 20+ minutes in the drive through to get one meal each time and tonight my order was incorrect. I love whataburger but have not had good experiences at this location.

Worst Whataburger in Dallas. Hands down. Go to literally any other one. Wrong orders in drive thru, wrong orders on the mobile app, wrong orders when dining in, it's seriously ridiculous. You better expect to spend 30-60min in the drive thru lines as well.

I ordered a simple BOB with sausage and orange juice. They gave me the wrong order and I'm telling them it's incorrect and they were trying to force me to take the incorrect order, saying it's cheaper. However, they charged me an additional 1.50 for bacon when I never asked for bacon. Let's just say I'm disputing with my bank because they clearly don't know how to comprehend and refused to credit me back my money. Customer service garbage.
