We eat at this Whataburger all the time as it is so close to our business. Just recently on a Saturday morning, I met one of my sons here for breakfast. Several times during this visit a very nice lady came and made us fresh coffee and checked on us as well as brought our food out. Her friendliness and great care were so above-and-beyond without being too "in-your-face," that I assumed she must be the manager. When I went over to ask her name so I could mention her in a great review, she told me it was Karen and that she was actually the operating paratner (Karen Ruiz was on my receipt). Well, I'm not surprised at all. I'm sure this great location is going to get even better. Thank you, Karen!

Got to the drive thru. No one in front of me. Ordered two egg taquitos. Took 25 min. When i asked the manager why he said because of online orders. Made zero sense.. It was 4am.

The fried had been sitting there for a while. My order wasn’t ready when I got there the girl asked of I can come inside I told her no that’s why I choose drive thru could she bring it to me curbside. She sarcastically laughed guess what I had to go inside Ava get my food that had been sitting there for a minute. Didn’t get a thank you for choosing Whataburger, comeback to see us or nothing. Just attitude like it fault my fries wasn’t fresh

Not normally one to post reviews but I've had so many issues with this location. My order is always messed up regardless of what my receipt states. I had a delivery a couple of weeks back and 2 items were missing from my order. Today and many times before they put sauce on my item when I requested dry (and they confirmed my request). I hope they can improve their order accuracy soon, I really love this location and all the great employees I've met there. It's just becoming a hassle to keep going through this.

Prompt service every weekend morning I come. They've been consistent in all of 2024. Very kind people.
Rude AF! Has lane A & B. Both lit up at night. Waited in lane B for 2 minutes just to be told it was closed and I needed to get in A. Whats the difference? Got in line, ordered and after I ordered was never told anything. Pull forward, or total. Waited a minute and pulled up. Food was still wrong!!!! Gave up and went home. The guy in the wi dow was 100xs nicer than the lady on the drive thru speaker

I no longer like this place, they are racist because they don't know English, they didn't serve me and treated me badly, they left me at the window waiting and insulted me... God forgive them, it shouldn't be like this

Got my food and was missing half my order went back to get the rest of it then it was made wrong good work guys took up half my lunch brake guess some people can read the order screen

I had an order not get repeated back in the drive thru and then the system went blank. The other line had 5 cars go through. I thought I'd just leave but then got stuck in the double food waiting line. I called the restaurant and the sweetest woman heard my predicament and made my order and hand walked it out to me while I was stuck in the line!!! Amazing customer service!!! I eat at this location often (around the corner from my office), and that one act of kindness and great customer service will make me come back even more!! I was going to leave with no food and ended up even a bigger fan!!! I'm writing this hoping the owner sees it and congratulates the team!

My grandson picked up order for me. Ordered sweet & spicy bacon burger combo. Didn't find the sweet & spicy until the middle of the burger. However, there was some kind of heat on the first half. Tasted like hot sauce. Also asked for spicy ketchup, got 1 spicy & 1 regular. Large unsweet iced tea was spoiled.
Ordered this same combo last week & it was 5star! Same location.
