Ridiculous service in the AM. Last three times with today included were bad. Convenient because I live close but, it’s out of hand. Two times I was the only person in inside and I ordered ahead which it takes 8-10 walking. I still waited five or more minutes and both of those times my order was either incorrect or I returned the food for them to remake it. The manager remade it and still was incorrect because of listening and reading skills. Today, the gentleman didn’t read my order and didn’t see my coffee request. When I brought it to his attention he brought my coffee back with a ripped cup and the lid wouldn’t fit and coffee was leaking on me and on him and he still gave it to me. And he put his entire hand over the lid where one would drink from. Unacceptable. Never again. Just opened my food and my eggs are burnt.

This man that just served me with a black Nike hoodie and a whataburger hat treated me like an idiot if u have ever tapped to pay u know u don't need the app open to do it the phone just needs to be unlocked and he sees my home screen and says why don't u have it open and I say u don't need it open but sure whatever why are u In a shitty mood that ur taking it out on me like I'm just gonna sit there and let u disrespect not happening

This location is so poorly ran compared to others. If you can, go to the Stemmons location a couple of miles down the road.

Staffing: I feel like theres a 100 employees back there just working on food and thats it. One night, I stood in front of the register waiting to order. It took 20 minutes for me to order my food. I asked other employees if they can take my order. They replied "oh I'm not supposed to take orders, only xxxx is allowed to take orders" It took them 10 minutes to find xxxx from the back.

Also repeatedly forgotten parts of my order. When I mention it to the staff, it was like I was inconveniencing them. Nobody wants to be there to make money, all had attitude.

People are nice enough, food is standard Whataburger but this location gets orders wrong ALL the time. Not “oh they forgot the cheese!” but “they gave us someone else’s order!” wrong, more often than not. Always check your order before you leave.
