I explicitly ordered a breakfast on the bun with bacon and they gave me sausage. They told me I had to wait another five minutes for them to make it fresh when on the ticket it clearly says bacon they made me wait in the front with nobody being in line and then when I asked for a refund, but I should be compensated since I have to wait another five minutes equaling 10 minutes with nobody in line they said they couldn’t do that. You guys have disgusting customer service & poor listening skills.

I was asked to park at the corner of the building after ordering my food at 12:11am, they never came out to bring me my drinks or to make sure that I was still here to receive my food that I ordered. Some are nice and some aren't. That doesn't matter to me, I just want my food that I paid for, I had to asked for another #3 order. Mainly because my food got cold while sitting out and the employee that handed to me looks like she didn't care at all. I can't say that all of the workers don't enjoy their job, but a couple of them looks like they can care less about customers and their food. Unsatisfied customer service period

This is a Very nice restaurant inside. I love how modern it looks. Lunch and dinner are good here but this review is about the breakfast. I don’t know what it is but something is not right. The hash browns are either cooked too soon and just sit around or they don’t change their grease regularly enough. I’ve come 3 or 4 times since I moved over here. Each time the hash browns were either nearly withered into nearly crumbs or the taste was off. I’ve yet to come a good nice and fresh hash browns. Typically the lady who takes your order tries to rush you through ordering as though you’re not going to want to modify anything. One day I wanted to ask her is she needed to pee or about to get off work because why are you in such a hurry!?! Stop interrupting me with questions when I haven’t even finished telling you how I want my food! I’m leaving this review because in this very moment I want breakfast and this whataburger is the closest thing to me but I’m afraid I’m going to have another bad experience ugh!

Ridiculous service in the AM. Last three times with today included were bad. Convenient because I live close but, it’s out of hand. Two times I was the only person in inside and I ordered ahead which it takes 8-10 walking. I still waited five or more minutes and both of those times my order was either incorrect or I returned the food for them to remake it. The manager remade it and still was incorrect because of listening and reading skills. Today, the gentleman didn’t read my order and didn’t see my coffee request. When I brought it to his attention he brought my coffee back with a ripped cup and the lid wouldn’t fit and coffee was leaking on me and on him and he still gave it to me. And he put his entire hand over the lid where one would drink from. Unacceptable. Never again. Just opened my food and my eggs are burnt.
