Why order on the app if it's still gonna take 20 min? This is the slowest and sloppiest whataburger I've ever been to. And the kids working here have no customer service skills. Why are you taking out the trash using the same gloves you give orders out with? This place sucks. Stay away

I went and order the number 5 I said no pickle and onions and I asked for jalapeños and they gave me a whole burger with nothing they even had me waiting 15 minutes for my order and I was the only one in the drive thru horrible

The line was extremely long and took 25 minutes to get through but that's what I expect from What A burger at 11pm. The gentleman bringing food was polite and courteous. Overall positive experience.

It's a Whataburger. It's not horrible, and it's better than a lot of other fast food places. I ordered online so I didn't have to wait like normal. I got the pico de gallo burger. I didn't really care for it, but I got it for free on a promo. I'd skip it if you had to pay for it or ask for none of the lime mayonnaise. That was the not great part. I'd also probably ask for Jr size so I only got one patty next time. All in all, Whataburger is pretty solid for fast food, but the pico thing isn't amazing.

Drive-thru at this location really sucks. The lady working there was so rude. I came to pick up a mobile order I placed, and she tells me it was already picked up. How could it be picked up if I'm the one who placed it? She got annoyed and just stared at me, looking clueless. I asked her to remake my order since they gave it to someone else without verifying the name. She made me pull forward, and I waited 10 minutes for just a junior burger. The store wasn't even busy. When she finally handed it to me, there was no apology or anything.
