The food was hot and fresh. The place was super busy due to the St Patrick's Parade going on. Yet it was still fairly quick. The manager was great making sure all was clean and bathrooms stayed stocked. Very impressed cause it was a crazy day for them I'm sure.

The woman behind the counter talk too much to the other co-worker...Wheelchair accessibility: The table need to be clean however She was having a conversation with the co-worker but she never came out to clean the tables the manager was there just looking wow !!!

Came here at 2 in the morning driving through and the staff seemed mad that I showed up. I haven't eaten anything the whole day. Later on the next day I was so sick from vomiting and all I could think about was what did I eat and it was this place.

I would've given 5 stars had they had decaf coffee like many do and given me more napkins. Honey chicken biscuit is delicious, but messy. I do wish the ordering online would allow me to order the senior citizen free coffee and to add creamer and sugar.

Sat patiently at the speaker for 5 mins after just seeing someone order. Someone pulls up to lane b just to have their order taken immediately. Said hello couple times but just left why would I watch someone go ahead of me after I’d already waited a ridiculous amount of time seeing the person ahead of me in the same lane also order immediately

I ordered a #10 the girl goes, "what you say?! A 2 or a 10" She could've easily asked for me to repeat myself with a better tone and better choice of words. Once I got to work to eat my food, it was incorrect. I was given a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular.

Terrible experience at this location, the customer service is horrible. We politely asked if a team member could come and ask the car in front of us in the drive through to move up so we could leave as we received our food before them so of course we'd like to leave. The girl's response was I can't move them she was very rude. She works in customer service and when a customer asks for some service I guess that's where she draws the line.Insult to injury we received French fries that look very picked over.New Whataburger slogan.
