Did a mobile order to make sure they had enough time to prep it. Got my order and came to the house and they completely messed up the order ordered 2 double whataburgers with one everything on there a second no veggies just the meat cheese and ketchup. got one with a single patty and everything on there and as well fave me coke with sugar instead of coke zero. I dranked it and quickly noticed the difference so i had to throw it out.
I’ve received bad service from here at times but always ignored it but this last time made it official to not come back here again

In the drive thru for 15 minutes and 3 cars got their food before me. Will never come back and waste my money here. ( 20 minutes now I’m still here)

I've been coming to this location for years now. It's an above-average Whataburger with a few quirks: the day crew and night crew are very different.

The day crew is inconsistent: the food is sometimes amazing and sometimes sub-par. Unremarkable but it generally holds to Whataburger standards.

The night crew is something different however. The food is generally amazing from the hours of 11pm to 7am, and I believe most of this to be because of the manager that's almost always working during this time. Her name is Eloisa and she makes the experience better every time I visit.

Eloisa is a sweetheart and delivers excellent customer service. She always ensures I have a smooth experience and provides amazing solutions to potential problems one might have when coming here. Even today... I asked for an extra hashbrown to make up for money I lost when the day crew previously forgot to give me part of my order... and she gave it to me... because I'm a consistent customer that doesn't usually make those kind of requests. That's the kind of service that deserves merit and recognition.

My love for this location mostly comes from Eloisa and without her it wouldn't be the same. I've been eating breakfast burgers from here for a year straight and I'm addicted to them because under her management they come out better than any other location almost every single time. Considering I eat here 2-4 times a week... that's really saying something.

All in all? A good location to visit during the day, and one of the best in Texas to visit during the night. I'll keep coming here as long as I know Eloisa is here!

I went through the drive-through and my total was $2.80 Since it was such a small amount, I decided to pay with some change I had in my car. The tall, black, gentleman at the window would not take my money and called his manager. As she was picking up my money, I asked if there were a problem. She replied (twice), “Why?” I said, “Because he wouldn’t pick up my money. She replied, “I’m picking it up.” I said, “Yes. But, he wouldn’t.” She replied again, “I’m picking it up.” So, she blew me off. I found it rude on both of their parts and won’t be going back there again. The only reason I gave them two stars for service is because I got my order quickly.

So this is my only meal after working all day grooming dogs and the girl on the other end can't seem to hear me. So after excruciating trying to order with her then she comes out dragging her feet. She brings me my food and there's french fries when I ordered onion rings. So then when I asked her I want onion rings because obviously she didn't hear me when I was ordering she drops and gives me a dead stare that I want to get out of my vehicle and punch her in the face because I am exhausted. I did not choose to work at Whataburger instead I slave away grooming people's dogs which is physically and mentally exhausting. So next time girlfriend when you want to give somebody attitude think again about your job choice

i just sat in this line for 20 minutes waiting (overnight) on a salad while the sweet drive thru worker continusly asked if my salad was complete as i heard she was unsure about the salad specifically as the manager in a white striped shirt yelled at her and told her “go home i don’t want to work with you” and “you worked here you need to know” this was very upsetting knowing this is the work environment a “manager” provides for there employees i will not be returning back to this location
