Whataburger is a place I would recommend to others especially since it’s always open. I recommend their cinnamon bun dessert that is warmed when delivered and their fries are delicious.

There's nothing more unappetizing then picking up your order at the drive-thru and on your way out, you pass by some employees that are standing by the store smoking and a puff of tobacco smoke fills your car before you can roll up your windows. This happened last night on July 28th 2025 slightly after midnight early in the morning. When I asked if they take phone tap, the person at the register looked at me and just held out her hand for me to give her my phone rather than answering me. It was not a pleasant experience.

Worst ever !!!!! They got my order wrong.. Then charged my card $48.00 for a $13.00 meal I asked them to cancel the order, but they would not.. I asked them to refund my card for the $48.00 payment they took from my bank card They told me they would not, I would have to call the corporate office and request a reversal of the amount. So I called corporate and gave them the problem gave them the proof of the extremely overcharged meal. They took my information assured me that it would be submitted to the management department and I would receive and call back from them no longer than 2 days ....It has been going on for over one year and despite my many calls about my problem and proof of payment to the corporate office no one has have contacted me back nor have they ever attempted to refund the money they wrongly overcharged my card for !!! Will never eat there again worst service ever 😒!!!whaterburger corporate and restaurant need to seriously start doing their jobs!!! (Correctly) not ripping customers off and never responding to customer service complaints!

I saw the lady with a line shirt looks like the manager throwing the meat to the guy who was preparing the hamburger I think she was mad like when you throw a meat to a dog Tuesday at 12:50-1:10pm

Walked in at 6:15am. Guy was sweeping behind the counter. Someone was in the back. After waiting 2 minutes with no greeting and standing at the front counter I called out good morning, thinking maybe they did not know I came in. Neither of them acknowledged me. Waited 3 minutes and then turned around and walked out.

I came by with a group of elderly women to get lunch after shopping and the cashier her name is September and she took my order wrong and was laughing at me and also took my order wrong I asked for the number 8 meal and she asked me what size cup did I want and acted as if she could clearly hear me state my order and I asked for a number 8 the meal with no onions and grilled jalapenos, mustard,mayo and then she didn't go back over the order to make sure that everything was right and then after paying I asked her why she didn't give me my cup and she said that it's because I did the burger, and then tried to get me to pay extra by pulling up a new order for fries and a drink. And September also clearly has a low attention span to detail and needs to listen to what other people are saying.

Waited 15 mnts for a single Burger. Had to ask for my money back. Rude staff. Never going back again. There is more Burger restaurant. Sorra whataburgyer you need to chance the whole staff from that location
