Waited 15 mnts for a single Burger. Had to ask for my money back. Rude staff. Never going back again. There is more Burger restaurant. Sorra whataburgyer you need to chance the whole staff from that location

Just waited 10 minutes at the speaker, then another 15 waiting in line to even pay before i left. The last time I was here, dude at the window let me pay before telling me I had to wait on my food, couldnt have told me that at the speaker? I had to wait 15 minutes watching cars pull in, order, get their order, and then leave before me. Dude forgot the orange juice I ordered, and the gd biscuit was way overcooked like a rock.
Lazy, incompetent employees and lazy, weak management. Fire the whole staff.

We were the only ones in the drive thru and at the restaurant at 5pm and it still took over 20min to get our food! There was no one in front of us and we could see that no one was in line inside. This is not the first time. This Whataburger location tends to take exaggerated amounts of time.

After 15 minutes of our curbside order never being brought out (we arrived when the order was already supposed to be ready and entered our space number), we had to go inside and get the order and pour our own drink. Burgers were cold and soggy. Requested ketchup was missing.

Whenever there's a black person working inside a fastfood restaurant I walk away, they are very slow and they don't care even if the line is long, and the food is now very expensive which gives me another reason not to eat fastfood anymore,

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced I watched the manager and another employee vape in the lobby for 10minutes while we waited for “chicken strips” the most unprofessional whataburger I’ve ever encountered
Just went inside for take out black lady literally never spoke to me no what can I get for you or after didn't even get a thank you and I asked for a couple of ketchups and she handed me a handful which just got wasted.
