Not a clean place. Lady at the cash register has excessively long finger nails and was around the food without gloves on! Gross!!!!Agree with other comment that this place has a weird vibe! So workers were all huddled in the back. No one spoke English. They did not have large cups or any kind of diet soda. When I asked if I could have a canned coke in addition to my small drink I was told no. They do not take Apple Pay. When I said I had to go out to the car to get a credit card they canceled my order so when I came back in 30 seconds later they had to reorder everything. Very yucky place

The most cluster/hot mess Which Wich that I’ve ever attended. I ordered 20 mins ahead of time, I showed up and my sandwich order/bag was hanging on the line to be made but the whole restaurant was empty. The staff was just messing around and not working. I went another time to give them another chance and they were out of all their supplies (the bags you order on, certain toppings and the soda machine was broken). Just overall a hot mess.

Got something to eat their the day before & good customer service. Arrived another day & didn’t know that they closed at 7 and the lady was very rude.. Their is a better way of saying your closed..

The service here was terrible. When we arrived one of the workers was cleaning the floors and tables and we stood at the cash register for a long time before she came over. She still didn't acknowledge us and started working on the receipts that were left from the day before. She took our order to tell us they didn't have fries for our child, so we got what they did have. We then had to ask for them to fill the ice machine and were brought a cup of ice to use. After waiting about 5 minutes they told us they didn't have my husband's sandwich order, so we had that refunded. The sandwich and grilled cheese we did receive were lack luster and we watched others wait for a long time for their sandwiches even if they had put in an order online. I recommend going to a different location for your sandwich needs.

The cashier never stop her phone call whole people tried to order. Then she got annoyed I interrupted her call by asking a question. This customer service sucks! Not to mention waiting 20 minutes for 1 small sandwich

Food is always consistently good at this location. However, the cleanliness level was concerning during my recent visit. The soda machine, even just the button for water, was sticky. I also saw a roach at my table while I was eating.

I called my order in ahead of time. When I arrived everything was ready. Cashier was fairly friendly so I don't have many complaints. There is a wierd vibe about the store ..not sure what it is. The cookie ? looked good but wasn't☹️. The sandwich and fries were good, overall I was happy.

Stopped by here while running errands. Service was great and the sandwich was really tasty. My boyfriend and I were happy we decided to pop in for some food. I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was great.

This place is ridiculously slow. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and every time like clockwork it was 20-30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. And it’s not like they are super busy, every time I have gone in the place is nearly empty. They either need to hire more people are get the current staff trained. And the workers twice spoke little to no English while getting our order wrong the last time I ordered.I will not be ordering from here again.
