Ordered a nitro cold brew. When I picked it up the barista said were out of nitro and gave me a regular cold brew instead but still charged me the full price for the nitro.

It's a very hostile coffee shop. The service is terrible. Insecure kids working there. Also the drinks are watered down. I had to throw away my matcha latte. Never again. This applies to all the branches by the way.

Fat girl with curly hair who works behind counter around noon always has an attitude. Came into to pick up my DoorDash order on Tuesday & this is the 2nd time she spoke with an attitude as if she dislikes black women. Noticed the way she treated poc as they entered & there was a difference. Seems this place prefers a certain demographic. There are better cafes up the street.

White Rhino should remember that there are at least five other coffee shops in the area and begin giving their employees customer service classes. We walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help us or maybe even acknowledge us but nothing happened. The guy was making people’s drinks and couldn’t take a second to acknowledge us at the counter. When he finally finished with the drinks he was making and headed over to us he barely acknowledged us and asked us what we wanted and when he began to make our drinks he stopped making our drinks to go over and take an order from someone of his skin color (why didn’t he do that for us? Or even try to at least say something like thanks for coming I will be right with you). I hate to make this about race but that’s all that comes to mind other than he has no customer service knowledge and doesn’t care how he treats his customers. I for one will not return to that place nor do I plan on visiting them at any other location. I’m giving the service zero stars.

Such a charming coffee spot in a highly developing area of Dallas. Service is great, space is chic and the atmosphere is chill. The "whole latte love" made with lavender and honey is so smooth and refreshing *I got it iced* and the banana bread is moist and dense. Get pup cups for your fur-babies!

Literally just walked in looking for a matcha drink. Mason was very helpful. I definitely will be back to try more. The atmosphere was amazing.

Appreciate Caleb's kindness, but his drink-making style doesn't match others. Unpleasant experience. Suggest avoiding him on coffee duty. Also, consider tweaking the matcha recipe for a better taste.

The baristas here are so nice! I just realized this coffee shop was across the street from my apartment. Stopped in and tried the toasted coconut latte and have been thinking about it ever since…so good!!! Went back today and the barista remembered me even though I had only been once before! :)
