We came to this coffee shop after passing up so many because, on their website they had a beautiful picture of "latte artwork". When we got there the guy taking the order was great but failed to ask if we wanted to go or dine-in. Not a big deal his customer service was great. The problem was with a girl "Brilley " making the order. When she called out my name to pick up my order.One of the drinks was in a tagoku period. I I explained to her that it was not to go it was for here and she asked me Can she just pour it into a mug? Unfortunately the whole reason of going over there was to review the latte artwork. Brilley let me know if she had to remake it would not have as much coffee in the mug. I told her my drink was fine but my wife needed the mug with latte art. She wad doing such a great job on everyone else,but told me she doesn't think she could do it again. I watched her make 4 look consistent before me. She insisted on just pouring the to go cup in mug. I asked her just remake in mug, she got upset and through the to coffee in the small sink behind her and it splashed all over the wall. Then she stated it would be awhile she was gonna make the other customers that were after us first. I went and sat with my wife and watched her from a far angrily make my wife's coffee she poured half the correct amount of espresso in a shot glass I guess that's what she ment by letting me know if she remade it would not have as much coffee. I guess to compensate for the lack of coffee she started the milk and it was so much that she ended up overflowing and burning her hand. I'm sure being in Texas the manager on duty reported the incident as at least report only to their insurance to protect the company. So we waited for the coffee and finally some one made our hot milk with a pinch of coffee. For sure there was a glob of sugar at the bottom of cup plenty.My wife wasn't able to review the artwork for her company as she hoped to do. But on these photos you can see what White Rhino's entry might be. Or maybe we will try a diffrent location not sure yet. If downtown Dallas Elm st location is franchised out to anyone that cares maybe we will see a difference in service. Just a word of advice treat everyone like you are being of service you never know who is walking through your door. Alot of time anger in the work place causes accidents, so keep emotions under control when you don't get what you want you could have gotten hurt way worse or hurt the customers as well. I hope you are feeling better Brilley.

Terrible service and rude baristas. I went there and asked for a large iced latte and iced Americano. I asked the cashier politely whether they have the option of the ice on the side like starbucks. She told me that they can do that. Then the barista made me the amount of a small coffee in the large glasses, and I asked her that is it normally this size, because I ordered large! She looked me with an angry looked and poured just milk in my latte in a way that some of it spilled on my t-shirt, and poured water in the americano. My coffees were tastes like milk and water, and not coffee at all! I’m not sure why they were rude about this while they could’ve just said we don’t have the option of ice on the side, as some other cafes! Worst experience I had in a coffee shop with barista who is not respectful at all!

Friendly service, free wifi, AC, and a convenient downtown location are my pros for this place. On top of that, it was clean and the prices were the same as other White Rhino locations that I've visited, from what I can tell. However, there are a limited amount of outlets, despite the respectable amount of indoor/outdoor seating that they have. The baristas were very informative and helpful, but my Jasmine Tuk-Tuk wasn't as strong as I thought it should have been. Nevertheless, I would come back just for the convenience of the location.

Friendly service, delicious coffee and pastries, and a good ambiance. Love the caramel latte and their butter croissants. The avocado toast was good but not too sure about the price. Their pumpkin loaf was delicious and had a nice sweet and aroma to it that made it even better.

Poor customer service. No one asks if I’m dining in or out, and the baristas have poor attitudes when asked to make modifications to orders. Baristas also laughed at my name and were gossiping about me. I was clearly dining in and had to walk up to the counter to retrieve my items. Please treat all customers the same and not just the White patrons. Keep your overpriced food. I will never return.
Nice place in the heart of Dallas downtown. My cappuccino was good, I wish it would be more hot though. The interior is really stylish, baristas are friendly.

The coffee shop is delightful. The staff working when I arrived were friendly and welcoming. The interior is clean, with music playing and comfortable seating. I ordered the Summer berry pop tart and a "Sebastian". Both were delicious, and I would happily return.

Coffee was okay. Staff was okay. Cold Brew tasted suspiciously like regular acidic iced coffee. Anyway, it’s a prime location and it’s easy to find.
