I really liked the atmosphere, coffee and the staff. Only 1 issue and it's probably my fault. I never heard anyone call my name when the coffee was ready. They did me right by making me another drink. I would definitely recommend this spot.

I love my version of the famed specialty drink - I call it the "White Rocker in Skinny Jeans" - simply modified with no whip, nonfat milk and half the sweetener. A game changing drink order.

First time visit and we enjoyed the coffee here. Very small sitting area with limited tables. Was very crowded.

Very cozy place with friendly staff. Not a lot of seating available.Plenty of parking. No drive though.Clean bathrooms.I recommend this place for meeting a friend or having a quick coffee on the go. Maybe not the best place for a date.

If you haven't had a Adam Bomb then you haven't truly lived. Love this place and they make a damn good cup of joe. Five stars earned, I will be back!

Inconsistent - In the mornings: fabulous service; freshly brewed robust coffee; beautifully designed coffee drinks - On this afternoon visit: acceptable service; disappointing watery lukewarm tasting latte. (Consistently delicious though are their scones!)

Great little coffee shop. Coffee related goods and clothing for sale. Cool booth or bar seating and tables too.

I admit I have very high standards for coffee and look for solid artisan drinks. I tried a basic iced latte and an americano. I was not impressed- my guess is the beans were slightly burned. The staff were kind and the atmosphere nice.

This will be my one and only visit to White Rock Coffee in the Preston Center. Upon entering all staff were in the back talking and/or looking at their phones. Waited for a male employee with dark hair and a pony tail to exit the one and only bathroom and found he left the toilet seat up. I asked the same young man for a large plastic cup with a lid and he responded in an unfriendly tone, “it will cost .50.” Owners of these small businesses! Listen up because when you’re not present employees like this are ruining your business. FYI…Starbucks will happily give you a large cup with a lid for free!

Drinks: 5/10 average Atmosphere: 4/10 Really bad location, outside is just concrete and potholes. No outside patio.

I came here today and ordered a coffee decaf. They made it just like I requested. Unlike the idiot before me who doesn't understand what decaf means, I know what decaf is. To the reviewer Ashley C: decaf is not the same as caffeine free. Decaf still has a small amount of caffeine in it. But it is not caffeine free. Maybe you should go to starbucks with the other uneducated idiots who nitpick over something they have no clue about.

Great coffee and they have a good selection of pastries too. If you ever wanted a real poptart they have them!

Your coffee is great but your team at royal lane today was a mess. They were just complaining about situational staffing issues - only having 3 people on saturday's how are they suppose to take breaks etc. Yet myself and 7 other people are waiting for orders. Take if off the floor. 10 minute difference between getting my coffee and my food. And one I did get my food order - it was totally burnt

People are friendly and they have decent baked goodies, however after coming here 2x, their cortado is severely lacking, relative to other independent cafes in the area. I judge a coffee shop mainly based on their cortados. And as much as I like the place as a local Dallas institution, the quality of coffee is just not up to par.
