Wicked Butcher is the best meal I've ever had. Worth it for the popovers and chocolate souffle alone, but also loved my fillet and curry salmon. Can't wait to go back!
Great service! Top notch morning coffee and breakfast.
Had a horrible experience....wrong steak brought to the table, my husband's meal was cold by the time I received my correct steak, I didn't have utensils to eat it so waited over 5 minutes to receive them, my steak was not cooked correctly and wasn't 4 star quality, it was not even good so once the manager made it by it was a horrible experience, he didn't apologize instead scooped our plates up quickly and said the meal was on him than walked off. We will not go back.

We sat at the bar and ordered The Connery martini and a Paloma Margarita. The drinks were delicious. We then ordered a seafood tower and truffle Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was on point, and the seafood tower at $165 was fresh and good, but the tower at Capitol Grill is better for the price. The primary bartender serving on Thursday evening Nov. 14, at 5 p.m. did not offer the specials, did not offer a second drink and did not make a return visit to ensure our dinner and evening was wonderful. In the same manner, a manager did not make rounds to ensure his staff was on point. It all makes sense now.
For this price, I will not return as there are too many other steakhouses offering premium cocktails, steaks and seafood for me to return to sub-par service.
Spend your money elsewhere!

Not a Gluten-Friendly Dining Experience
I recently dined at Wicked Butcher Dallas and, while I enjoyed certain aspects of the experience, there were some key areas that fell short, particularly with dietary accommodation and service.
Firstly, despite confirming my gluten-free dietary restriction, the restaurant had no substitutions for gluten-containing items on about half the menu, even basic options like gluten-free bread or chips to pair with dishes such as the steak tartare. In a fine-dining setting, especially given that an estimated 30% of people are gluten intolerant or avoid gluten, this lack of accommodation was disappointing.
Additionally, service had a few misses. After we checked in, we were made to wait around five minutes for seating, despite the restaurant being virtually empty. During the meal, the waitstaff continued to bring items like bread and cookies that I couldn't eat. Although these may seem minor, these details impact the overall experience, especially when accommodations are expected at this level.
Overall, I would love to see Wicked Butcher elevate their commitment to customer service and inclusivity in dietary needs, as these changes would match the quality of the rest of the dining experience.

Pork chop was not cooked through. Service was mediocre and inattentive at the bar.
Three other trips to Wicked Butcher I had table service. Service was very good. Apparently training and/or hiring needs to be looked at.

Wonderful Dining Experience! We had a fantastic meal here. The steak was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly to my liking and full of flavor. The bread was fresh and amazing! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
I only had one very minor complaint, although the restaurant was half empty with no line, the hostess had us wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Still, the quality of food and service made for a really enjoyable evening. Highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience!

Food is decent but the service is poor. Given the price point I expected much better from Wicked Butcher.

Highly recommend. Service was impeccable. The arancini and truffle salad are a must. The sea bass was delicate and light. The little cookies at the end were a nice treat.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy my first Beef Wellington, and it was an exceptional experience. The dish was beautifully crafted, featuring a stunning, flaky butter pastry that complemented the perfectly cooked beef. It truly exceeded my expectations!
