it’s 9:33pm on monday and they have no food available for sale because allegedly they close at 10pm. what’s the point of being open till 10pm if you stop cooking an hour early? the hours are also wrong on here, it says they close at midnight and they’re saying 10pm. waste of my time.

I ordered chicken strips and french fries. Neither chicken nor fries were cooked recently. I didn't discover this until I got home. The bag was hot but the food was hard. Fries looked old. I wasted $11. The service was good though.

Don’t. I repeat don’t eat here. This was a horrible horrible experience. They gave us molded food. It was undercooked chicken. All this after waiting 25 minutes for food and paying over $70 for the worst meal ever. We should be able to give them 0 stars.

Walked in to get something to take to work for lunch. No one spoke and after I'd look over the menu AGSIN, I went to the 2nd window/register. The Mexican man looked at me, we made eye contact and kept talking like I wasn't even there. I ended up walking back out with no food🤷♀️I haven't had Williams since the early 90s so I thought I'd give em another try - luckily horrible customer service prevented me from getting fatty, unwashed chicken and a horrible review with pics

Downtown... Williams chicken...stop it do better...... It's no good they really just need to shut it down... Cuz I don't think that was chicken that they served me yesterday but any who I will not be going back they got my last five or six dollars or whatever I spent yesterday I won't be going back...
This used to be my favorite spot to go to because it was convenient at the West End of Dallas and Saturday I went here and I noticed that there was a new bunch of people here that I've never seen before from India working here Not only was the air conditioning turned off inside the store and it was 97° inside but there was also three men that did not have on gloves hair nets or facial hair covers Nets handling the food with no gloves we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes to get chicken breasts the guys were sitting around on their phones I sent him pictures and everything with a copy of my receipt and I'd like to speak to the owner of this establishment there was a huge amount of flies and it was hot and very dirty inside the store this was never like this before in my bag on top of my food making it impossible for me to eat when I went back to the counter and I told the man that I didn't accept that and I wanted something different he told me if I didn't like it I can leave he was very rude he was on his phone and I was very upset about this whole ordeal I would never go back to this establishment again which is sad because I love going to Williams but this store has gone to s*** since they put new people in the storethe owner hiwatha needs to know about this get rid if these people they look dirty n are didty dont wear gloves and the flies alone was enough but they also do nkt care about the williams chicken brand or name pla fix this n i expect a refund asap
