If i could give half a point jus for the strawberry soda I would. I do know that this chain has several locations but this one should be shut down. I understand there's quite a few vagrants around but in no way did we look homeless, helpless or like we were begging for anything. We were placing our order but she wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom until the payment cleared. Once she opened it was completely disgusting! There was fecal matter all over the wall and toilet. It was worse than a condemned bathroom. To have a food establishment with facilities like that....the health dept needs to really step in! She said its like that because of the homeless people, but u keep it locked and didn't wanna allow a paying customer to use it so im confused. So Noone cleans at all? What about your PAYING CUSTOMERS?!?! I haven't even gotten on the food yet. We waited for 30 minutes for food that had absolutely no seasoning at all and chicken that had batter fried so thick I couldn't eat it. $60.00 down the drain and her customer service was horrible also. Please close this location because its really making Williams Chicken look bad. I hope the right people in charge read this review and step in. As someone who came from Houston on buisness I hate this location!!!

Not very friendly, felt very rushed while taking my order. When asked if they would wash the table the gentleman on the register handed me a spray bottle and some napkins for ME to wash off. Customer service is terrible! I do not recommend.
