Waited for chicken over 20 minutes then she gave our order to someone else. We was ask to wait agian!! We could tell Shorty and the tall slim lady wasn't working never again will I come without those employees working.
Chicken and fries were good. Server was very polite. I only got 5 sips of soda because of all the ice.

Stop asking people if they want gravy & peppers if you’re just going to forget to put them in the bag. I don’t have $1.30 to give away.

I went to this Williams because it’s on the way home when I pulled up to the window the lady cashier gave me the ugliest look as if she was bothered and then when I got my chicken, I don’t know if they’re double frying it or just old so I would not recommend this location Especially for the chicken they also put I guess they got their own seasoning salt because this is the only Williams that does that. I wouldn’t mind it so much if the chicken was fresh!!!!!!!!!

I hadn't been to the Williams Chicken at Hwy 67 & Red Bird Ln., in about a year but I did today 7/30/24 and your chicken was So salty I couldn't finish my chicken breast! Hispanics & Blacks have the highest High Blood Pressure so why season the chicken with too much salt?
I won't be going back there again, I have to watch my salt intake...

Unfortunately the chicken had no taste to it at all. And the chicken had a burnt grease taste to it as well one can only assume that the grease needs to be changed out. This review that I am leaving is only to help improve the service in overall quality of food please do better thank you so much.
