Well, not much for the semi lines to place my order. That being said, if the food wasn't good there would be no lines. Plus the chicken is always fresh. Oh, and there seems to be enough of them placed around the greater DFW area. Go check them out if you want a tasty reasonably priced chicken bite.

DO NOT go to this Williams Fried Chicken #18 i went thru the drive thru on Feb, 01 at 1:35PM i ordered the #6 ‘MEAL The worker there was blasting music an singing and texting on his phone I was quickly asked what i wanted to drink then the worker forgot my drink and receipt than my food was handed to me thru a window in LESS than a minute As I was leaving the parking lot I saw an older gentlemen closing an leaving their gated dumpster as if he was back there smoking drugs leaving this poor boy inside I got home opened up the box and i thought i had the wrong order. There was brown gravy all over the box turns out it wasn’t gravy it was old chicken that had been sitting for so long that the breading around the chicken turned BACK into brown liquid! All my food was balding and exposed from the missing breading! The menu say’s #6 includes 2 breast 1 wing 1 small frie 1 drink I was GIVEN 3 old breast’s 1 cold frie an no drink Again DO NOT COME HERE They will not answer your phone call when you CALL! Chicken was hot and fresh. The rice wasn't what I remembered. It was greasy and mushy, with a few hard pieces of rice. Chicken was flavorful (maybe a Lil too salty, but good). Okra was on point. Service was to be expected... it's William's, not Chick Fil A.
I just stopped in this William Chicken place and got this old reheated chicken and the reheated fries grease needs changing and the chicken taste old I will never stop at this place ever again and it’s dinner time this shit should be fresh called to report it to them no answer wish I can put no stars charge me for a pepper and didn’t even give me my pepper just sorry as hell

It has been awhile since we been here. We ordered the 20pc and 2 Lg sides & jalapeño bombers for $43. The chicken looked like it was old & reheated, fries luke warm, bombers luke warm and the mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy was not good either. To top it off they didnt even give us a receipt. The food was so bad that we just threw it away.

Was just there the other night when I got home was missing issue . I tried calling no answer it was late so didn’t drive back up there. I went the next day the rude lady said well I can’t give the missing item cause there’s not a note from the night manger .
