Chicken was hot and fresh. The rice wasn't what I remembered. It was greasy and mushy, with a few hard pieces of rice. Chicken was flavorful (maybe a Lil too salty, but good). Okra was on point. Service was to be expected... it's William's, not Chick Fil A.
I just stopped in this William Chicken place and got this old reheated chicken and the reheated fries grease needs changing and the chicken taste old I will never stop at this place ever again and it’s dinner time this shit should be fresh called to report it to them no answer wish I can put no stars charge me for a pepper and didn’t even give me my pepper just sorry as hell

It has been awhile since we been here. We ordered the 20pc and 2 Lg sides & jalapeño bombers for $43. The chicken looked like it was old & reheated, fries luke warm, bombers luke warm and the mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy was not good either. To top it off they didnt even give us a receipt. The food was so bad that we just threw it away.

Please be careful eating here. My husband and I tried this place last night for the first time and now we’re feeling terrible. Both of us have bubbly upset stomachs. If it gets worse, we may have to go to the ER. I’m hoping it’s not food poisoning. I’m feeling nauseous but hoping it’s not food poisoning. I don’t recommend this location ever!
We ordered 8pc mixed w/lg fry and 6pc gizzard combo w/fries, pepper pack and sweet tea at 818p on Friday night. The order was placed in the drive-thru with no issue and we were told it would take 16 minutes & I was given 2 receipts (itemized & card). After over 31 minutes, we still did not have our order & our itemized receipt was ask for and it was taken back and was hung up with other receipts. The person working in the back had to come to the front and help sort out receipts. Finally, our order was given to us pc by pc. First the 8pc mixed & the 6 pc gizzard, and the pepper pack. Next we got the lg fry (but no fries with the gizzard combo). Lastly, I asked about the small sweet tea. The person that give me the food, again asked what size, I said small; she left the window. She came back and asked what drink, I again said sweet tea. When I received the drink, it was a strawberry soda that was flowing out of the cup. But she did remember the straw. This is one of the worse Williams experience I have ever had. I am sure the owner, which my husband & I had the pleasure to meet, would be very disappointed with his employees delivering that type of service. Actually, it was one employee in particular.

Every time I come here, i get friendly service. Good chicken or anything else that i order. I've been coming here for a good while. Owner and crew are always polite. Sometimes, there is a wait, and they will offer you a free drink for waiting.
