Been coming here for over 10 years!!Hands down they have the best flavor for their food and the staff have Always been friendly, courteous, and respectful!! I have sent many of my friends to this store because they are the best!And they also have the BEST chicken livers with country gravy I've ever had!!Wheelchair accessibility: They are a walk up or drive thru only. No place to sit n dine in.

We waited 30 minutes for our ood and we got old fries and corn fritters, that is way too long. We've never had to wait so long for our food, seems like they did it on purpose and then there was no apology or a simple thank you, they just don't aporeciate your business. Guess they choose to only treat certain people good.They need some serious training in customer service, when you're the customer you should at least be thanked especially when they make you wait that long.Parking: Horrible

Ordered wing and small fries and wing and thigh with small fries. One order of fries had total 10 fries in the bag. Price for both orders almost $15. This is ridiculous!!!
The food is delicious but be sure to check your order before leaving. Something is often missing from or wrong with the order. Also, my ?? today was not carbonated . A large drink is almost $3. The manager & staff are extremely nice & professional. Unfortunately, The phone number NEVER works & you have to DRIVE back to the store, and that makes for a a terrible inconvenience.

On this last visit, my order was wrong and this usually doesn't happen but so was several other people orders. The woman that took the orders at the window in the red shirt messed up all of the orders.

The food was nice and hot, LATE, but hot! I did order Chicken gizzards but took longer than usual! The other bad thing was, I got charged extra for adding more legs than thighs and I got zero legs!!! I got all THIGHS!!! SMH! And, I was waiting behind 2 cars that had already ordered!!! HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT??? I don't come to this Williams Chicken! So, I'm waiting and waiting and after 2 cars leaving, I flagged them and they said to pull around to order!?!?!? WHY ISN'T THERE A SIGN THAT SAYS SO??? Check your order before you go people!!!!!

The food is trash! You never get what you ask for and they have a phone number to the location for no damn reason! You can't even get thru to anyone! That's fine! I'll dispute this charge with my bank since i didn't get what i paid for and cant contact anyone for a resolution! Trash!
