2nd time I've gotten cold food from this location. Didn't have dark meat ready and charged me full price for white meat substitute. I ordered okra and they gave me fries. Then after returning the fries, I was given old, cold and greasy okra. Didn't bother to ask me what drink I wanted, just gave me one. Didn't thank me for ordering and was very dry with the service. Won't be ordering food here again... That's for sure... Smh... Gotta do better than this... Especially with your high prices.

There are no seasonings on chicken.i asked for little gravy ( heavy) and then wanted to charge for a scoop wow. Cole slaw was bland . I'm good ,I saw more but I won't be back.worse 22 dollars spent

Chicken tasted bad. Bone was black, the fries tasted like the bad smell of chicken. The customer service, the cashier was eating his chicken while cashing us out. Chicken is way too too small. I don’t recommend it. I’m never returning because I can tell when chicken is going bad. Too greasy , chicken small no meat

The night staff is definitely overwhelmed and super rude but the chicken is always fresh. Wasn't a fan of my card being charged an extra $3 but it fell off about three days later.

Night crew is awesome my food is always fresh customer service 1 employee was a lil rude but her co worker was awesome she let him give us our food and he had a great attitude everything tasted good my order was on point.

I don't eat meat. I bought it for someone. But she was enjoying it so much that her and her kids were humming and eating ???

Vegetarian options: Sorry I didn't know they had a vegetarian option ?. So I'm going to go check it out lol ?

As usual in the poor Black neighborhoods customer service is terrible even if the mistake is on the server, to all you young and old Black women working this location or any orher, dont let your attitude stop yo grind, I was treated with disrespect after waiting more than 15 mins for my food, then I had to go back through the line, did not get the drink nor 12 gizzards, only given 10, the cashier was very rude and need some training in customer service or maybe its the neighborhood either way do not be a product of your neighborhood especialy in this area in Loop 12 and Buckner.

Ordered a family meal of 8 and got home and only had 4thighs. When I called the store to inform them the manager who answered stated that she bagged my order and that couldn’t be. But here I am and only had 4 pieces of chicken. I proceeded to tell her I never had an issue before with this location but she didn’t want to hear it. I will no longer be coming to this location I rather drive to Balch springs.
