It was 11pm when I came thru and there was no chicken ready said it would be a 15 minute wait for 8 piece dark that was pricee higher than white meat by $5. I know that heifer was lying last night and didn't wanna do her job. If yall gone be open to midnight then be open until midnight. For a $25 8piece dark I could have just gotten tenders.....I stay closer to this williams but st. Augustine got yall beat on readybto serve chicken and customer service. Hiawatha should fire her.

2nd time I've gotten cold food from this location. Didn't have dark meat ready and charged me full price for white meat substitute. I ordered okra and they gave me fries. Then after returning the fries, I was given old, cold and greasy okra. Didn't bother to ask me what drink I wanted, just gave me one. Didn't thank me for ordering and was very dry with the service. Won't be ordering food here again... That's for sure... Smh... Gotta do better than this... Especially with your high prices.

There are no seasonings on chicken.i asked for little gravy ( heavy) and then wanted to charge for a scoop wow. Cole slaw was bland . I'm good ,I saw more but I won't be back.worse 22 dollars spent

Chicken tasted bad. Bone was black, the fries tasted like the bad smell of chicken. The customer service, the cashier was eating his chicken while cashing us out. Chicken is way too too small. I don’t recommend it. I’m never returning because I can tell when chicken is going bad. Too greasy , chicken small no meat

The night staff is definitely overwhelmed and super rude but the chicken is always fresh. Wasn't a fan of my card being charged an extra $3 but it fell off about three days later.
