Completely new owners its super expensive and food no longer worth it. I order extra fries thinking it will be the old crinkle fries for my surprise it was some cheap fries. Chicken does not taste the same I definitely don’t recommend it at all. Good luck new owners.

This is not a Williams! They need to change the name bc there’s a way Williams cook the food. Nothing is seasoned! There’s not proper food containers, gravy is a liquid like water! This is unacceptable to have this food or this location under the Williams umbrella! NO GOOD!

The chicken didn’t taste like it came from William’s chicken. I’m not sure if they changed the flour, oil or missed a seasoning but this doesn’t taste like chicken from Williams chicken. And they forgot my jalapeño pepper. So disappointed in how this chicken taste. I love Williams chicken but this ain’t it! The workers were very respectful and nice

I've been frequenting this location for a few years now. It's one of the few locations that still had good chicken. They've changed ownership and it's noticeable.
You can't order at the drive through menu you have to order at the window which is fine but it does increase wait times. The lady who helped me was ok. Although, they have green beans on the menu they didn't have any available. I'm not sure if that was just today or in general. Based on the way she answered I think it's in general.
I ordered three piece chicken all thighs, mashed potatoes with gravy, a pepper and three rolls. The chicken was good well and was juicy but had NO seasoning. Same with the mashed potatoes. The bread was a typical no thrills white roll but it was the best thing. Three lady told me it was $10 but only charged me $9.68. Not sure what that was about.
Unfortunately, this will be the last time I order from here.

This was my 1st time here and I thought when I open the container I had found a new chicken place but I was wrong. The chicken was bland no seasoning I mean no seasoning zero....it was hot fresh but no taste at all. Second 2 pieces of chicken wasn't cooked it was blood to the bone of the leg and the thigh...totally turned my stomach. Sad to say I won't go back big disappointment but the staff was friendly

I don’t know who the new owners is of this Williams Chicken,but it’s definitely not the same! First off I pulled up one time it was a hr or so long before closing time, the employee didn’t come to the window acted as if he didn’t see us. The second time I sent a friend to pick up chicken for my children and I, after my children grab their pieces of chicken we found a dead burnt roach in the box. I’m so disappointed I use to work here back in the day! It has most definitely changed not good at all!

The food is good its just the wait for gizzards went from being told 12 mins. and literally waiting 45 minutes. It was attitudes simply because they made my order wrong and was mad at me like i did something wrong. The guy that was leaving was the nicest of them all. I hate he left cause the line waiting times took longer.
