Lets begin with the customer service. The girl that saw me walk up to the window tonight, and literally rolled her eyes and walked off!!! Instead of telling me and others they aren’t taking walk up’s another male had to tell me they weren’t taking them! This is not my first encounter with horrible customer service from the heavy girl working there. The drive through line was ridiculous. I literally went to run an errand, and came back to the same cars in the parking lot, waiting on their food with the buzzers to notify them. They need more help and the heavy girl needs to be coached on customer service. I was just there 8/30/24 at 10:20pm.

Had a good visit to this Williams location tonight. We came through the drive-thru and ordered at the window as directed. The guy taking our order was cool and courteous . We ordered the 22 piece livers (photo on right) and gizzards(photo on left). Both were cooked to perfection. I’m so glad that my lovers weren’t overcooked or under and were tender! We waited approximately 15 mins and a lady brought our order out and she was also nice which makes you want to come back when you receive good service in addition to good food.

I was visiting the city of Dallas when I arrived at 12:15 am. I had to wait for them to cook some fresh chicken but boy was it fresh, hot, juicy and delicious!! Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a very long time.
The front door is locked. Walk in customer are not welcome at this place! Thank you from local truck driver

It's not bad. The taste reminds me of Churches Chicken. You can get food that Churches don't carry like Glory greens and beans if you like Glory canned goods.

the employees never smile! they make you feel like you’re bothering them. last two visits, the chicken was fried in old grease, couldn’t even eat it, and I love Williams chicken from most locations.

I pulled up to see if Williams was open. Sometimes it will say open. However, the workers in building slow around. However, this short lady was walking from her car with a bag in her hand. I knew she was employed there cause she had a shirt on. She had a mean face and kept stating don't talk to me, don't talk to me. I was just going to ask if the building was open yet. Who want someone to fix their food that act like that. Mean, poor customer service. I didn't even say anything to her and that is what she was saying not even know if I was going to say anything. It is the Williams her in Lancaster tx off 20 and Lancaster rd right by feed store. This is just sad. If you don't want your job. Quit it.

I ordered a 12 mix family order with a box of fries. The fries were cold but I can over look that. When I got home to give my family the chicken I had all dark meat with one breast. I ordered a 12 mix there should be more than 1 piece of white meat. The sad thing is half of my family don’t eat dark meat, so now I have to find them something else to eat because they refuse to eat dark meat. Williams Chicken please do better.
