O Stars. Do not recommend coming to this williams chicken. The old ladies who work the early morning shift are always very rude and have nasty attitudes simply because they chose to work at a Chicken Place thats open 24hours. The older lady who is supposedly the manager who was working @8Am on today December 6th, and the older lady with red dreadlocks was at the window frustrated about me requesting fresh chicken made. She told me to go eat somewhere else and she voided my payment method simply because I asked to have fresh chicken made. They are so lazy and don’t want to drop fresh chicken, instead gets an attitude for having to be at work serving chicken all day, which is what they get paid to do. I never understood the logic about not wanting to be polite while your on the clock. Definitely won’t be coming back here. They are not someonee I would want serving my food no way. Very ill mannered. Need to be fired asap, they’re way too old to be treating customers that way. Perhaps find a better paying job that you actually like instead of always mad and frustrated on the clock.

I asked them was my jalapeños in the bag I didn't see them .He answered rudly It's all in the bag mam.i was parked for gizzard Got home no Gizzards are Jalepenos I live in Ferris tx I drove a long ways.i called they told me they were talking about I need to comeback.i go back ask for a soda cause the soda melted I didn't haVe my gizzard. I can could my soda be replaced he said $2.15. I'm done I will be going to another chicken restraunt. My son chicken was cold.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a combo and additional food however when I asked about my drink I was told I was not charged however they still did not want to charge and give me a drink. Not sure why you would go back and forth with a customer when all I wanted was a drink. More energy was spent on not giving me a drink then just charging me and giving me a drink.
I asked for fresh tenders not re dropped tenders Williams Chicken has to stop doing that especially if it’s been requested to be fresh and they prices seem to be higher than all the other Williams chicken
