Not 24 hours stop saying you are. This is what I hate about a second rate city vs New York, Vegas, or New Orleans those are real cities like Tokyo or London or Paris 24/7 learn it Dallas.

Straight trash!! The lil manager messed my order up a couple of nights before. No Customer service. I was polite until he got sarcastic! He said "we apologize??" No how about just telling me you will fix it. Crappy attitude. They clearly don't know the parts of the chicken, and this store is super junky! Nasty all the time and 24 hours is no excuse! Go to the one on Red Bird lane! Waaaaayyyy better and their chicken is fresh and ready allll the time! 1 star only because I had to give a star! Used to be a great location. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely won't be back! I know several locations with fresher food and better service. And that know the parts of a chicken

The Mexican guy that works in the mornings is very rude and the chicken and fries was not fresh. Has a very nasty attitude. Oh my God never again with that guy in the mornings.
