ate at the one on first street in Garland Tx, paid 3 dollars a piece for white meat. ordered a 12 piece white meat, ended up with 10 white meat and 2 dark meat yet still paid that premium price for white meat. Won't be back. Tried to call, no answer.

I cannot believe an institution from my neighborhood I patronize there anymore wow pricing has triple eight piece dark chicken $15 this establishment made it from my community now people in my community can't afford it corporate America all over again franchising I think they need to be banished from our community I wouldn't never buy there again and I think other people should do the same check your receipt on what you're paying for it took me 6 months wow enough is enough

Williams Chicken has declined significantly over the past year. Now I have learned to always expect average food and horrible customer service from them as part of their brand, but for the last year the quality of food they serve has really hit rock bottom. Post pandemic, nothing seems as good as it once was. They don't fry chicken the same. Their chicken now doesn't have much flavor. Their French fries now always seem rubbery and half cooked. The pieces are a lot smaller than they used to be, and to add insult to injury, they've raised the price twice over the past year. Williams used to be where you could go to get a great deal on chicken. Now, for what 2 pieces and fries cost me, I can go to KFC or Popeyes and get their signature chicken and a drink. Williams is no longer a choice for working class and poor people. Their prices went way up and their quality went way down. The only edge they still have is their late hours. You can still go to most Williams at 3:00 a.m. and get a box of flavorless, miniature chicken, but that's their only advantage now. My last 5 visits to Williams have left me completely disappointed. I've really felt cheated after paying so much and still being hungry. At this point, unless I can get a pre-pandemic, 2017 batch of Williams with their original fries, I'll be taking my business to Churches or KFC or Popeyes or even Hendersons or Harolds. After 30+ years, Williams has pretty much lost me as a frequent customer.

What a horrible location. The drive through mike doesn't work, poorly lit area. Ordered a chicken sandwich: no pickles, no sauce, NOTHING. Served on a cheap cold bun that was falling apart.Called to let them know about the stale bread, no one answered.

We have tried to eat at the Mount Pleasant, TX locations multiple times (twice this week) and they are closed. Tonight we could see staff inside but would not respond.

I went in your new location on Arbrook in Arlington and service was terrible. I went in there and there no one in the line, but me. 3 people behind the register one person was actually working other just talking to each other back turned to me not even saying a word to me so after 5 minutes standing there I just left. Please get better service never going back because want to support black business, but can't even get good service.

Chicken to salty and cold forth ave 2 salty customer service is bad I know the real Williams chicken Illinois and 35 that was the best 2 piece dark with a friend $1.50 without a fry .99 cent so I go way back these people can prepare chicken no salt please forth worth ave dallas texas suck

DO NOT EAT HERE! They are serving RAW CHICKEN!!!!!!! I tried to speak with management in regards to the situation and they REFUSED to talk to me!!!! We’re moving forward with a lawyer due to their negligence!!! Please see the pictures below for PROOF.

I'm from Laredo TX and let me say I'll be bragging about yalls tenders down there for a while. They were the most delicious and juiciest tenders I've ever had. Competition ain't got nothing on your food. Definitely will be returning on my next visit, Thanks again & see yall soon!
