Bought some corn fritters they taste old because if they were fresh they would’ve been hot,my chicken didn’t even taste fresh I saw a basket of chicken waiting near the grease on hold but I don’t want old chicken that’s been there normally this location is gd not tonight please do better and I another thing if you leave from behind the counter and be sitting in the lobby you nd to wash your hands before serving customers

It's fried chicken. Quick service and food was freah. We did a 2 piece white and 2 piece dark. They chicken had a little crunch. The meat and breading could do with more seasoning. It was okay. The mashed potatoes seemed a little off, didn't want to finish them. I went for lunch, had I gone at 2am, it probably would have seemed better due to lack of other options. The building was a neat concept, a front end foyer vestibule style to order and eat. The building is 90% kitchen, with a drive through. Around 8 seats inside at a high top counter. I liked to setup and service execution, food could use more seasonings.

If I eat Williams it's always at this location because they've been the best....hot food, service etc. Today I went around 3:30 cause didn't feel like cooking. Ordered the 12 pc mixed and fry...get home and the wings, were they pigeon wings? These were wings the size of drummettes, literally. And the miniature sized box of fries when we ordered a large? I was too tired to turn around but would definitely leave a review. Because of my other experiences I may continue to order but it is off- putting

I had a DoorDash order. They told me the wait was 12 minutes, and pull to the front. Other cars came and went after me. I waited 28 minutes. I pulled around to drive thru, and they said it was ready. They were nonchalant about it
