This was my first time at this place. The chicken was trash. Heavily salted, feels like chewing on salt. You can't even take a bite and chew, let alone swallowing. The inside of the chicken was very dark. I wonder how many times it's been fried over and over. The fries was good. Chicken is a hot mess!!

First time eating at Williams, I heard good things about it and thought instead of getting Popeyes I would try this. Both my wife and I got sick last night from the chicken. We went there kinda late, maybe around 9 pm, maybe it was a bad batch… who knows but obviously won’t be going back there.

The service was excellent! The sweet tea was really sweet but good. When I got to work I decided to dig in. Fries was on point… But, the chi was Trash! I went to bit a piece and it smelled like it had been setting out and in the process of decomposing! Super gross? I was shocked and very disappointed… Take my advice… Don’t stop at this Williams, go somewhere else. Terrible!!!!

Came and waited 40min and was told they had none . Trying to purchase white at end not promotion for today $3.99 and said they had none what so ever that they had nothing.

I forgot to take a picture before devouring what I ordered, it smelled & looked so good. They have the biggest chicken tenders I've ever seen and some of the crispiest fries, too.

I ordered good through the drive thru. I only wanted some chicken gizzards and tenders. I called on the phone and she told me to bring the food and receipt. I get there she has me waiting over 5 mins.she comes out to read the receipt and says where the rest of the receipt my card charged and I’m like I was charged on my card because partial was taken off. I’ve never seen somebody act stupid or dumbfounded I just wanted the order remade and to buy something else. I will not eat at this location again
