I ordered chicken abt 2 hours ago. I got a 20 piece family pack and only received 17 pieces! I spent $45 dollars! That’s outrageous! I want a refund and they won’t answer the phone!!! I’m calling corporate.

First time going inside in years . Placed order over the phone. When I went to pick it up, the man thought I said 5 chicken sandwichs, but I said spicy chicken sandwich. How the two were confused I'm not sure . The old man became upset, & started to mumble to his employees who were hard at work, then addressed me again as I waited stating I told him 5 chicken sandwiches . . I again calmy repeated my order back to him, & in the middle of doing so he cut me off, & told me to " look " as he lifted about 3 freshly wrapped sandwiches, & chunked them in the trash . His behavior in front of dine in customers, employees, & myself was childish, & unprofessional . I've been coming here for years, & it was definitely sad to experience . I use to prefer this location over the others around the hood , but after this encounter I'll have to take my money elsewhere .

This was his first and last time going to Williams fried chicken....Today I took someone to this location to eat after telling them that Williams was great, I hadn't been there in Year's so we should go try it ( it was his first time and last!) He hated it, the drive thru didn't work so we ordered at the window and I ordered wings he ordered chicken tender combo. His plate looked disgusting I'm so glad it wasn't mine my wings are salty But good enough for me to eat a couple of them, I was hungry . I live almost an hour away so I didn't feel like turning around for a refund.Chicken was dry and seemed old and falling apart and he had 2 different kind of Fry's, but the Fry's was good.
