Worse please to go , my order was messed up went back they closed 15 mins early , literally told them my order over and over and still got the wrong one, they don’t pay attention at all just playing around every time I go, extremely poor service

The BEST Williams Chicken in DFW, Chicken fried perfectly and fresh, fast and accurate service, and that's important since the area isn't the safest. They close earlier than the others, but I always try to go here whenever they're open!!! I love the cook, he's excellent!!!

I truly do not know the atmosphere because it’s drive thru only. Which I think is safer for the employees considering the neighborhood. Considering the drive thru young man is pleasant the chicken and gizzards are very hot along with the fry’s. Everything is delicious and most importantly you can definitely tell they use fresh oil to fry up the food. It is not months old. I love fried chicken and livers but in many places you can taste the oil. Not here I have had a nice experience every time I have driven through there drive thru!!

I’m very disappointed with our recent order. My mother placed an order for a 30-piece tenders yesterday, and while we didn’t expect plates or napkins, no one offered seasoning or ketchup or additional condiments, which should be standard for such a large order. The staff were enthusiastic, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of basic care in fulfilling the order
