The manager or guy who served me, was obnoxious and very very rude. Misunderstood what I was trying to say. And when I tried apologizing to keep the peace, he actually closed the window in my face. He's bad for business. But that particular chicken place has awesome food. Please reprimand or discipline that employee.

I got a 5 piece tender dinner i asked for fresh tenders please he said ok i cook it for you he said give me 5mins pull up and we’ll bring it out I said ok he send the young lady out wit my food im thinking he really made it fresh only for me to get back to my job to re dropped tenders I’m so tired of Williams chicken being so lazy and messing up the franchise reputation it’s very messed up to the customers and I will not be returning this location any more

7/8/24 Young cashier man took care of me extremely well, went above and beyond with his customer service and took it a step further by being quick and effective. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely visit again. Thank you again guys. Fully fair prices under 10$ for a large drink, 3 tenders and fries!
