I just left William's chicken on Marvin D love in 67. I ordered a mixed order. When I got home and opened up my box, it was all dark meat. I paid for a mixed order with the pepper. This is not the first time then I've this has happened. I stay too far to come back but y'all should be ashamed of yourself. Taking advantage of people, if you don't know the difference between white and dark meat. Go to school because I'm very disappointed.

I bought an 8 piece fried chicken here recently (11-15-2025) around noon and....it was? Not that good for 20 bucks? We spend our money carefully these days and I bit into two drumsticks that were so salty I won't need salt for two months! I was going to share with my mom but she missed my call and I'm glad she did because I would have been embarrassed for a below average meal. Drive through attendant was polite but I was very disappointed in my overall experience. 😒

I didn't know they upcharge $0.49 for a drink with no ice and ring it up as a small water. The chicken wing look like it came from a baby chicken not a grown chicken.

Quality of food was terrible, not fresh.
Paid with my debit card on June 17th and drove off without getting it back from management accidentally. I didn't realize it was missing until the following day whenever I received alerts. That was the last place my card was used and last time I had it in my possession. The very next day someone was attempting to make 2 fraudulent transactions from Doordash and Cash app. I contacted the location and asked to speak with management about my experience & debit card not being returned/left. Advised mgr regarding unauthorized transactions were attempting to be made (card was only locked at the time). He made a rude remark then hung up the phone which further let me to believe it was an employee attempt.
Highly disappointed in the Dallas-Red Bird
Lane location.
