This location was really busy but I was patient due to the circumstances. I ordered 8pc dark and specifically stated I don't eat thighs and if you have to give me more legs NOT A PROBLEM. I prefer legs and ticket stated 5 legs & 3 thighs. I did not check my order as usual due me speaking with the worker and it was understood. I get home to 6 thighs & 2 legs and 1 thigh was old and with the cost of things I shouldn't have to throw food away because they didn't. And of course, when you call to make them aware of the incident, NO ONE ANSWERS.

Entering the drive thru, I was greeted with a ?&?. Then,I was asked to pull up as if there would be a wait. And before I could park my ? good, my hot and juicy tenders were hand delivered with a ?.So to this, I say to society: There's Good in South Oak Cliff, and not all black women are angry. ?? . Arrived around 10am to place an order as Google stated that this location opens at 10am. Someone came on the intercom ready to take my order. After placing the order, there was silence. I drove to the window and no one greeted me. So I gave them a call and was told “no we have 30 more minutes before opening. That was a recording .” I went to the beauty supply next door and as I am driving to go to another location I see a car being handed food. It is now 1015 and I placed my order. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service.

Ordered 3 piece mix, breast, leg and wing with side of okra. My receipt had what I requested yet, when I get home I have a thigh instead of a wing. I won't be back to this Williams Chicken will ho to one's on Kiest @ Polk and the one on Corinth. They don't screw up your order give you what you request.

This is the worst Williams Chicken in Dallas. My chicken tenders were half way cooked. I asked the Manager ( Makley) could they remake the tenders and make sure they were done. Instead of apologizing and offering me good customer service, she gets a nasty attitude and says do you just want a refund because all the chicken is cooked the same.I said no I don’t want a refund, I just want done chicken! She proceeds to slams the window in my face with a vengeance and tells the staff to remake the chicken.Mackley, “the manager” was so nasty and rude, I was just shocked and in disbelief. I just asked for a refund. I’ve been eating Williams for over 25 years and have never received this type of bad customer service. Mackley should be fired. She is not Manager material!!
