This is a truly rude establishment; everyone looks miserable. I have absolutely no tolerance for disrespectful people. I will never, ever come back. They are so impolite!

Rude service!!!! I wouldn't spend a dime here. This used to be my favorite and now it's trash. I can't believe the attitude because YOU are busy and we work for the City!! Horrible service. I will be looking to contact the owner of this establishment because we deserve better in our community!!!

Disrespectful people who work here once you order and at window to pay. Placed an order for 3 tenders and fries, 3 pieces of chicken with fries. My error for not double checking bag. Once at home and open container with food to see only 3 pieces of chicken for $20. Wow that's expensive chicken. Did try to call and phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer.

Rudest employees ever. Refused to help doordasher at walk-up window. Wasting dashers and a customers time. Worst way to do business. And put a sign up so a person doesn't stand waiting for no reason!!!!!!

This is the most rudest place, inconsiderate bottom of the barrel Williams Chicken, I wish I could give it a -1 rating, you need to close it down or hire people that actually want to work and no how to communicate in a positive way, I see why the lobby is closed, they do not need any face to face contact with the customers, food not hot, horrible all around and please don't ask them anything, they will not respond, just ignore you, never know who's a food critic or higher ups

Came through drive through at 12:57 pm, lady in drive through was rude. Never again, it doesn’t cost a thing to be nice. Be grateful you have a job, so many people don’t.

Rude for no reason! Screaming at customers because you are in a bad mood is ridiculous! It’s funny how you are sooo rude to us but nice as can be to the person behind us. You say thank you just to get ignored because you take a second to read the menu. When you are out of something you say not available. You don’t scream the guest saying ain’t gonna be served today and then the total when they aren’t done ordering. The food is ALWAYS GREAT but the service is worst then Walmart.

Place should have been closed down. Again if u hungry for Williams Chicken go to the one on Illinois by Overton never had no problems with them. This store has been continuously a problem for me and people I know in South Dallas area. Y'all get no more chance from me and my people. We will spend our gas to past number 2 Williams Chicken up.. Crazy thought my last name is Williams!!!!!!!
