Williams Fried Chicken

We love the food here. However, when we went today, it was not so great.

We ordered chicken tenders with fries and a drink with light ice. 20 minutes into waiting, they said they had just dropped the tenders. Only four people came in besides us. No big deal.
The cup was full of ice. No big deal.
After 30 minutes, the food arrived. We asked for a refill and they said no. So we asked since they took over 30 minutes and they said no. We were not going to pay for another drink after all that time so we asked for a refund and left.
40 minutes of our time and all we asked for was a five cent tea. Instead they had to pay us back$27 and they lost two customers.
The explanation was “ if you agreed to wait, that’s not our fault.”
It gives a feeling there were a couple reasons they were comfortable with us not coming back.
So to that lady, remember that when you want more hours or a raise and you don’t get them, it’s the people you tried to rip off that didn’t spend money for your raise or more hours.

The food was great… although they were 45 min near closing hours they only had fries no other sides.. this was my first time visiting a ”Williams Chicken”

I have dined at this restaurant on two separate Sundays within the past few months, both times after attending church. I am delighted to report that my experiences were outstanding, characterized by attentive service, a well-maintained parking lot, and the serving of hot, fresh food. During my most recent visit, which took place during the State Fair season, I anticipated potential traffic congestion. However, the restaurant demonstrated remarkable efficiency, enabling me to complete my order and depart within an impressive seven minutes. I selected the 12-piece gizzard dinner pack, accompanied by fries, a roll, and a drink, all for approximately $14. Although the meal was generous in portion, I would advise those seeking a smaller meal to opt for the six-piece gizzard dinner pack instead.

My receipt has a charge for a pepper that I never asked for. A piece of chicken was missing from the box and the other two were small, cold and unseasoned. Mr. Williams would have a fit after tasting this chicken.
$15+ dollars spent on this morning's leftovers!

I just left from Williams and took a couple of bites on a chicken leg and immediately the left side of my head started to ache knowing what that means I took my 3 pieces of chicken and put them in some bounty paper towels and was sick at what I saw. We say our lives matter but if it truly did why are we helping the beast in killing us by serving chicken full of grease? The people working are nice but the food is Poisonous and Hazardous to our need to survive as long as possible bodies.

Food has always been good but today I noticed new staff. They were extremely polite and patient which isn’t usually the norm. They did an amazing job! Keep up the good work!

By far the worst of the brand. They don’t give you a roll with your meal you have to buy it. For just a cup of ice it’s 2 bucks more and they are slow at the window. Not going back here! Also they didn’t give napkins nor any condiments. How you give a whole box of fries and no ketchup!
