My review is for the Williams Chicken location on Illinois and I-35 North.The food was hot and same good taste.The service and employees were Terrible!The lady at the front register was Not friendly AT ALL and the service was VERY SLOW. I originally tried to order from the drive through but the line didn't move after sitting there for over 4 minutes. I walked inside and was the only person in there. The lady in the front piddled around before asking to take my order. When she finally asked for my order, she acted as if she was being disturbed. No customer service skills AT ALL! This is STILL Major problem in the Black Community. SMH...

Food is good but apparently when I ask the woman if she gave my debit card back and get told to "can you give it time to go through" in a rude way nah that's the last time I'll be passing here, don't understand the hostility when I wasn't even rude to her or asked in a aggressive way. Hope her aggressiveness messes with the wrong person one day

This particular Williams Chicken makes me so happy. The staff is consistent, the food is always cooked to perfection and every teenager that got their first job there over the last couple years has been a pleasure and delight. The location can be a bit rough at times but pay no mind to that and just focus on the chicken. The staff is sure to put a little strings in your step and a smile to your face.Parking: Please do not park in front of the restaurant, at the mouth of the drive-thru exit. Not only is this common sense, but it jams up the drive-thru traffic and collectively upsets everyone (regulars inside & outside, staff, neighboring businesses, people at the bus stop). They will always be courteous to you and being your food to your car NO MATTER WHERE YOU PARK, soooo...maybe just grab a parking spot and wait a couple minutes for the goodness to come to you. Chicken and livers are perfect every time.

This place is horrible I have given this place three or four chances and each time it’s a very bad experience I get chicken that appears to be brown on the inside items left from my order and to top it off you have a guy that’s trying to talk to you at the window and when you pull up the employees are hanging outside they are very rude and disrespectful they will charge you for the items and not include them this place is horrible

Worst place Ever. Order Gizzards on the Drive Thru. Was told to wait up front waited over 20 min for my order all I got was 6 gizzards. Don’t want to even know how much time they will make me wait for Chicken!!
