Have visited this place several times and always take out of town guests but today had a horrible experience. I ordered a coconut snowcone and the syrup tasted awful like it was rancid. I asked them if I could have another flavor and why. The owner insisted it was fine and it was my problem that I didn't like it and she wasn't going to make another. To lose a customer over a cup of ice especially when I also purchased a complete meal is terrible customer service and just the way she spoke to me was not nice. I will not be back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to give them their business. There are plenty of other local spots that are just as good and better because they actually respect their customers.

2026 I'lI dont know what changed but burger patty doesnt taste freshly grilled. The fries aren't crunchy anymore. Soggy fries. Go back to old receipt. 2020 5 star review. Great cheeseburger with bacon. Backyard grill style!

I was very confused. This was not what my family and friends expected. My uncle had to get a link basket so bad and fish sandwich. Service: Cash only people or no service. The burger is an upgrade from MC Donalds but no taste. It reminds me of a food truck so what atmosphere? There was none just rub your body with oil and fry under the sun cause there is dinning in. Unless sitting in your cars ac counts. The fish was nasty mystery fish fried. Could be cod. I suggest they post it. Know who you serve people😳. Links grilled and over cooked. Yes you guess wont return. I watch the family pick at their food with no hope.

Great lil spot but people aren't nice and found hair in the food when I went to address it they didn't offer to replace it don't recommend unless you want hairy food

Ordered a cheese burger and fries. Old school burger, nothing fancy. I really liked it. The fries, on the other hand, they were not my favorite. Not crispy or soft middle, very al dente. If I were in the area, I would come back for the burger. Just fyi, this is strictly cash and to go orders only.

So, the internet has just about everything wrong in their description of this place. It is a drive up and order window ONLY place and no indoor or outdoor area to eat or sit. There is a table chained to the building but no chairs. The scenery is zero so it’s probably best to eat in your car or take home if you live nearby. The service is great. They tell burger has mayo & mustard plus, l, t, pickles & onions. I said no mayo but got it anyway. Despite that it was excellent and so were Onion Rings. They also give you napkins, ketchup, salt & pepper. (Which is a bonus for me-since no one else does). Order was quick and hot and served in non styrofoam containers if dig the environmental stuff. I took a gamble & came from Arlington on a Monday even though internet said they were closed and no one answered phones. Luckily they were open and building says open 7 days a week. They had some awesome looking cakes for sale & some fruit smoothies on menu too. Cash only or Zelle for $3 extra. (I don’t know why but I can guess…haha)

Im all about supporting small mom & pops business. I would expect alot from a business that appears to have been around since before i was born. It was not the best tasting burger in Dallas. The meat was a little too soft and flavorless.
