I came to this location on 4/25/2025 at 3:15 p.m and the door was locked and the cook jus stare at me didn't come to door to acknowledge me or tell me wat was Goin on. So I came across the street

1st time at this location. Nice abd clean area. I ordered a 4 piece buffalo ranch combo and the Mr a 4 piece lemon pepper. The wings were seasoned perfectly but they are huge in size we would have been ok with 3 wings.
He definitely wants to return to this same location. Yummy 😋

I used to frequent the Richardson location and hadn’t been to a Wing Bucket since it closed. So happy to know the wings at this location taste the same. WB truly has the best buffalo sauce. It’s perfectly tangy and spicy. I ordered the five-piece combo meal. None of the food had any excess oil. Even the sweet tea is delicious. The restaurant was clean and organized. Service was very friendly. I used the bathroom to wash my hands and it was fine too.

Not the best late-night food experience. While the security and staff were initially friendly, and the place had a promising aroma when we walked in, things went downhill from there.
The food was a major letdown. The wings were huge in size but disappointing in flavor - ordered Buffalo but got what tasted like basic hot sauce instead. Fries were nothing special, just standard frozen fare. The real disappointment was the bacon mac and cheese - tiny portion with what seemed like cheap bacon bits and stale-tasting cheese. At least the daiquiri was decent.
The atmosphere was problematic. Despite having security, they were too distracted chatting to handle issues like an intoxicated couple sprawled across a table or a patron making racist comments to other customers. The bathroom was unsanitary with urine on the floor, and the overall vibe felt unsafe with drunk arguments breaking out.
While I understand this is a late-night spot near the bar scene, basic cleanliness and security standards should still be maintained. For the prices charged, the food quality needs serious improvement. Would not recommend, even for post-drinking munchies.

When I went there recently, the food was getting stronger and the food was just as delicious as other chicken restaurants. Please note that the reviews below are from an earlier date.
Chicken restaurant. The taste was similar to other chicken restaurants, but the heat was too low and the wings had to be thin to be eaten. The advantage of grilling is that you can eat a lot of different chickens at a low price. The core of this is the strength of fire. Even though there is more wings option with a time limit, the lack of heat is probably the store manager's strategy. The staff were not very kind either. This is the worst restaurant, unlike the Brick and Bones I've ever experienced. The image of Wing Bucket has become bad.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. I found hair in my order. I am disgusted. How are you guys not wearing hair nets or something covering your hair while preparing people’s food? This is my first and last time ever ordering from this establishment.
