I'm impressed with our local WING STOP on Ross Ave. Late-night orders are common for me, and their food is consistently fresh, even on weekends. with Friendly and accommodating staff and manageable wait times.

Assistant manager lied about giving all 3 bags to our DoorDash delivery guy. Claimed it was only 2 bags when the sticker on our order clearly said 3 bags total. Spent more than $100. Out DoorDash guy even went back to the to get the rest of the bags and when he arrived they were already closed. I called the following morning to let the manager know and that's when she put me on hold to call one of the workers from that night and said the assistant manager is the one that provider our DoorDash guy with our order and stated that he handed both bags to him. Keep in mind no drinks were provided at all but they put straws in the bag. So they clearly knew they did not provide our full order to begin with and then lied the following morning about giving us our full order. They need better customer service and stop lying about providing full orders.

Lame. The wings are fine but $20 for 15 wings and you have to pay extra for ranch and veggie sticks. What? Egregious. There was virtually no sauce on the wings and the order took forever. Not worth it at all.

I definitely wanted to give a shot out to this location yesterday! They were busy busy and busy, but the associates still worked hard, were friendly and handled the volume with ease! This is a hard working team and way to push through a hectic day!

I ordered my food on DoorDash and it was stolen before the driver could pick it up. They didn’t offer any type of resolution and now I’m battling getting my money back from DoorDash. This is terrible! I will not be ordering from this store in the future

I came here on national wing day and the team handled the rush really well. It was crazy, I didn’t realize it was wing day but already placed the order so they were kind enough to expedite the order since I was there already. The managers up front handled customers questions with ease even though you could tell everyone was overwhelmed. Man! They had sooo many to-go orders and still handled whiny people like champs. Most people were patient but you know how it can be. Anyway, if you are a General Manager and see this, I sure hope you know this is a great team who works well together and deserves a raise!!!

I ordered through phone call and I ordered wet buffalo and when I got my order they where not wet and this has happened about 6 or 7 times now

On Monday, I placed a lunch order totaling $25.36. I clearly asked for Louisiana Dry Rub and Hot Honey Dry Rub wings, along with corn, fries, three dipping sauces (which I paid extra for), and a drink. When the order arrived, it was incorrect. I called the location and spoke to the manager, who acknowledged the mistake and promised a full credit for the meal. This was my lunch, and I had no time to go back and fix it, so the entire meal went to waste.
Today, July 11, 2025, I called to redeem the promised replacement. Instead, I was told by the Hispanic male manager and another employee that only the chicken would be replaced. They refused to include the rest of the items I paid for corn, fries, and sauces because they claimed I had already “received them.”
This response shows a complete lack of effective listening and poor customer service. Why would anyone eat just dipping sauces and sides without the main item? The food was thrown away because it was not what I ordered. I explained this, but was ignored and dismissed.
There was no genuine effort to engage with me as a customer, no apology, no accountability, and no resolution. I was denied both a refund and a proper replacement for what I paid for.
Extremely disappointing experience. This business shows no respect for its customers. If negative stars were possible, this location would earn a zero.

So Excited we have a Wingstop! All the employees are such nice and awesome individuals. My son rave on how nice the employees are.
