Well we ordered our food and we had to wait around 20-30 minutes for it to come( Which we tried to understand since people were coming in after us and still getting food before us.). Got our food and we wanted to go to the restroom but it seemed to me it was blocked. And I asked someone if I could and I was told they were being cleaned. Yet I was there for more than 40 minutes and still couldn't use the restroom. It just sucks you can't use the restroom during open hours while eating.

I had the worst experience with Wingstop tonight. I placed a simple online order for a 10-piece meal, which should have been straightforward. Instead, they gave me all drums (even though I didn’t ask for that) and, to make matters worse, the food was undercooked! This was my meal for the night as I’m currently participating in Ramadan, and now I can’t even eat it. To add insult to injury, when I called to address the issue, Susie wouldn’t even honor me a refund over the phone. Completely unacceptable. You’ve ruined my Iftar, and I won’t be returning. Thanks for nothing, Wingstop.

Everytime say your order will be ready you still come in and wait 15-20 more mins after what they tell you over the phone get better. Miss the old wingstop

I should have read the reviews first. Food was cold. Had to reheat even though the dasher came very quickly. Wings are not the same anymore. Too big like its build with hormones. No seasoning couldn’t tell the difference in what flavor I ate. Fries were cold and had no seasoning. I had to add my own seasonings and throw away the wings that were overgrown. Drink was not sealed either. Just very unpleasant.

If I could give negative stars I would ! I’ve never had to yell and ask for a refund so quickly ! DONT NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Horrible customer service! Horrible management and employees!

It wasn’t more than 2 seconds that I walked in and I had my 3 lb 15 year old Pomeranian in my arms and one of the girls shouted “YOU CANY BRING THAT DOG IN HERE!” I was in shock because it’s 90 degrees out and I wasn’t going to leave my elderly dog in the car. I asked if I just should order from the door, and she spoke with her colleagues as everyone stared. Very uncomfortable experience. They spoke for 2 mins and finally took my order. Not impressed with the customer service. Not coming back because of this experience.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
I spoiled my stomach on BOGO Chicken Sandwich. Every time they run some kind of BOGO special, it only means they are trying to get rid of the chicken that is about to expire or already expired! I got very bad diarrhea after eating their BOGO Chicken Sandwich. Plus, they make their chicken in a deep fryer full of fat seed oil that is not being changed. This way, chicken can be done in minutes. Horrible for health!

My family and I always order from this spot and my order was made incorrectly one day, I spoke to a manager that was to replace my meal due to the incorrect flavor of my wings, when I called back to order my meal that was to be replaced, the lady I spoke to stats the information was not in there system, she stated they always type it in under your phone number. A waste of my time and my money. I guess the customer isn’t right!
