The food is great but what's the purpose of ordering ahead and setting a time if when you arrive at said time, the order is not ready! They are barely starting to work on it... makes no sense at all! Ordered to pick up at 9pm... received the food at 9:23pm... make it make sense!

I ordered a 6pc all flats well done honey rub , the wait was about 10 minutes, got my food to go, they had no ice for the ice machine that's #1 go home the fries was soggy not seasoned well at all the wings was very light skin dripping in honey and little seasoning this is the worst Wingstop I have ever tried, I thought because of the location area they would be great , and was the worst wings I didn't even eat but 1 wing and threw the rest in the trash . The cook need not to be the cook cause yeah this was TRASH .

The truth is, you order one online and it arrives and they tell you 30 minutes and then you ask and then they tell you 10 bad service. I've already had an hour since I ordered it.

The delivery system is weird. I ordered food but my driver couldnt speak english and he hung up on me. I tried to contact the people who work thete but eventually they ended up hanging up on me too. I never did get my 30$ back and I waited for my food for me and my daughter for over 2 hours. If youre gonna order dont do delivery.

Love Wingstop never fails. But this location is a shame to the franchise and I feel for the franchisee owner or corporate. I ordered my order hadn’t been even started to cook after 40+ minutes after submitting my order. Very simple 15 boneless combo. The ones I really felt bad for where the 5 people waiting in for who knows how long. This location needs to be reviewed or new management. Can’t do this Wingstop.
We went today and this is what they served me. Why would yall think anyone would want to eat from this. I took out my wings and placed them on napkins all the seasoning is gone due to them being flooded in its own grease. They take forever to get your order and when you get it it’s either over cooked or too greasy..
