Food was overcooked. Tasted dry and a little burnt. It was fine to eat but not enjoyable. Wouldn't go back. Wingstop in mesquite Town East and the one on hwy 30 and buckner are way better.

Went in and ordered as usual it’s busy but that didn’t stop the employes from delivering exceptional customer service the whole team did a great job but especially the team member that gave me my food he had curly hair and was one of the cooks but he gave me my food made sure I got my drinks and gave me my food even gave me a good greeting and gave me a good adieu even anyways that worker really brought out the joy in this location so I will definitely be coming back if they keep hiring and recruiting people like him
These people are a joke! Had me wait 25 plus minutes for boneless wings and fries! They had my wings sitting for 10 mins to wait on fries to cook smh. Fries were the most over seasoned possible! Wings were cold and the hot honey had almost no seasoning. I asked for well done everything and wings were cooked normal. I spoke to manager and his justification was that they are cleaning and cooking at the same time! So your telling me these people who get paid per hr are allow to make customers wait extra time so they can clean early to leave early or on time? Disappointed is an understatement. If you do not like your job please go apply somewhere else. This is unacceptable and uncall for. I would love for the General manager to reach out to me asap! Not to mention I called and the phone just kept ringing for 20 mins because nobody could take initiative in the job! Here are pictures of proof of the food! And NO I didn’t ask for extra seasoning!!!

My order got delivered, but was the complete WRONG order. I ordered for me and 3 other people but instead got an order for one person alone. The food is either cold or a tad bit warm, there is no in between. This place always somehow either forgets your drinks or your straws, ALWAYS. Don’t order from this Wingstop at all, such horrible experience and service. I’ve been waiting for a representative for about 20 minutes yet no one has answered. Such a disappointment.
