Food will always be amazing but there is one girl with gold rimmed glasses who has zero patience for customer service. The fact she is front desk is astonishing. Then talks about customers right in there face. She really needs to be reviewed and given zero customer service skills.
Should also mention, 40 minutes after ordering and trying to pick up food she said they were short staffed and cooks had just arrived after 430pm. Then when I asked how much longer she rolled her eyes in my face walked away after I asked if we cancelled order could we order for delivery (she stopped talking and went to speak to another woman in back while I was still speaking). The other front desk girl (skinny short and black hair) said we could cancel if we wanted but for delivery would have to be thru Uber or DoorDash. We decided to wait and rimmed glass girl decided to share times with people after me on delays but couldn’t share that with me when I inquired but had audacity to say “people woke up on wrong side of bed” to coworkers when others “customers” walked away from her when she was rude.
Management definitely needs to review her for sure!

Terrible service. I’ve never had any inconvenience till today. I had pieces missing in my order and the lady named Ari she made me put everything back in the bag and take it back for them to make sure i wasn't lying, it was just 4 pieces that were missing and for them to want everything put back in the boxes is crazy because they were already sorted out. It was just 4 pieces that i paid for and weren’t gonna come out of their paycheck. nonsense.

The tenders tasted old and the mango habanero sauce was not spicy at all. We decided to dine in and the music was obnoxiously loud. And the choice of music (Juice WRLD) was not appropriate at all. I believe the employee working the register was choosing it. And it was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my gf.
Also don’t know this locations demographic but judging by the armed officer sitting inside the dining room it isn’t the best. I’ll stick to pick up but not even sure I’d do that.

The cashier was rude ,don’t know a plate from a bowl.wanted everything extra crispy but it was regular, Didn’t include my lemon pepper seasoning in the bag didn’t even place it onto my barbecue sauce like I wanted to do and they still charge me it calle them back to get a refund and denied on the paper, when I have the receipt
Horrible customer service by the small Hispanic chick with the smudged lipstick. Rude and didn't apologize for her mix up of giving our food away to door dash who ended up bringing it back.
